Located right in the heart of the Manly Harbour Village, the Pavilion Apartment #1 is situated above Olivers' Restaurant, directly opposite the foreshore of Manly Marina.
This premium quality three bedroom (1 x king bed, 1 x queen bed and 1 x king single bed) accommodation is ideal for corporate guests, couples and families. The apartment boasts an airy contemporary feel with a large covered outdoor area for guests to enjoy the vistas below. Fully self contained and beautifully furnished, the Pavilion Apartment #1 will comfortably accommodate 5 guests (can sleep 7 persons).
The apartment has an open plan living area, kitchen/dining and lounge room which leads out to a large covered balcony overlooking the water. The viewing deck above has 180 degree water views. The kitchen has been fitted with dishwasher, full size fridge, freezer, gas cooker and microwave. There is a luxurious spa bath and separate shower in the master king bedroom. Some other features include ducted air conditioning throughout, laundry with washing machine and dryer, two undercover car parks (2m height limit), and elevator access.
Internal stairs lead to a second living/rumpus area/4th bedroom with lounge and second TV, and can sleep an additional 2 persons (single bed and fold out sofa bed). Additional charges apply.
The Manly public pool is located directly opposite the apartment which makes it a great option for those who enjoy an early morning swim and the Manly Gym (fee applies) is only a few steps away for those who like to keep fit. Kilometers of walking/cycling/jogging tracks are right on your door step.

A 50% non refundable deposit is required to confirm the booking, with the balance payable on check in.
CANCELLATION - The deposit portion of the total transaction value is non-refundable. If cancelled less than 28 days prior to the planned arrival date, there will be no refund unless the property is re-let for the total period of the original booking. In the event that we are able to re-let the property a refund will be made at the new rented daily rate for the period of your booking or of the new booking period whichever is the least, less your deposit paid.
You may wish to take out Travel Insurance to cover for cancellation fees and lost deposits for pre-paid travel arrangements due to unforeseen circumstances neither expected nor intended by you or which are outside your control.
