Cat's Cottage is a three bedroom townhouse with two bathrooms and two living areas.
The main living area is upstairs and has a balcony with a BBQ, overlooking the lake.

Downstairs has two bedrooms, both with two single beds and their own bathroom. There is also a laundry and open area downstairs.

All beds have their own quilt and pillow/s.
Bring your own linen (including towels, sheets, pillow covers, bath mats etc) or linen hire can be arranged through Victor Harbor Linen.
If you require linen, this can be arranged at the time of booking and the quote will be edited to include the cost of the linen.

ONE NIGHT BOOKINGS
One night bookings are available, with the exception of long weekends and peak periods. However, if there is a gap between bookings during these periods, one night bookings can be negotiated.
THE PROPERTY
Beautiful location, overlooking Goolwa Lake and opposite the Goolwa Aquatic Club and playground. Behind is the famous South Lakes Golf Course. Unit 4/65 Barrage Rd Goolwa
Goolwa has a number of attractions, including the Goolwa Sailing Club, an aquatic club that frequently has entertainment on the weekends and Signal Point where wine tasting is offered. There is always something on at Goolwa (Goolwa Regatta, Wooden Boat Festival, Ladies Golf Competition week)
Design your own walks. For example walk to the barrage (2.4 km), across the sand hills and along Goolwa Beach (approx 9km) that takes you to the beach café where the coffee is divine.
If you enjoy bike riding, there are local rides for all levels. BikeSA GABBUGS have a social ride on a Sunday around Goolwa and Hindmarsh island. Just bring your bike and the owner can provide more details depending on your level of riding ability.
Goolwa lake, playground and Bombora cafe directly in front. Walking distance to beach (2.2km), South Lakes Golf Club and the aquatic and sailing clubs.
BEDROOMS and BATHROOMS
The property has three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Two bedrooms downstairs (two single beds in each) and the master bedroom upstairs (queen).
LIVING AREA
There are two living areas inside. There is a Smart TV in the upstairs living area; you can attach USBs for movies etc. The property does not have wifi but you can hot spot off of your phone (for data) if you need to.
BALCONY
The balcony has a BBQ, outdoor setting and this is where the views are premium.
KITCHEN
The kitchen is modest, with microwave, oven etc. It has lots of bench space and is fully equipped with cooking utensils and crockery.
All rubbish must be removed from the property. A $25 charge will be sought for any rubbish left on the property and $50 if the BBQ is not left clean.
