The complex has a long lap pool, sauna, and terrific gymnasium. Car park available in the building if required.

Over the road is the Southern Cross station for both local and interstate trains, trams including free city circle tram. Skybus from Airport stops at the transport terminal over the road.

Normal Tariff is $195 per night off peak plus $50 booking fee & $120 cleaning charge.

Higher tariffs apply during Xmas, Easter, & Special Events such as: AustralianTennis Open, Melbourne Cup Carnival, Moomba Festival, Football Finals, Car Racing Grand Prix, Special Conventions & Exhibitions.

Stays over 14 days attract 10% Discount.

IMPORTANT: We hold a $500 BOND - Against your credit card if non smoking rules are not complied with, or that the apartment requires additional cleaning time due to excessive mess.

CHECK IN: Is after 2pm UP TO 9pm at night at the LATEST (But earlier if the apartment is vacant by special arrangement)

The Apartment is central to everything you need with basically all of Melbourne within walking distance or a quick tram trip. With the Southern Cross station over the road it makes it very easy to explore Melbourne Suburbs and other attractions within the local rail link.

Sensational Views Overlooking the Docklands. The apartment is located centrally in Spencer St. Walk 5 minutes over the bridge to Etihad Indoor Sports Stadium & The Docklands. Over the road is Southern Cross train station & DFO shopping centre with Coles Supermarket & Liquor. Around 5-10 minutes walk to City Centre Shopping, The Convention & Exhibition Centre, & Crown Casino. Not far away is Southbank. The "Free City Trams " take you any where you wish to go around the City, Docklands, MCG Sports precinct, Casino.

Spectacular Views

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the night views where breathtaking and the day time views where spectacular and more so on a beautiful sunny day.

The bed was one of the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in and laying in bed looking at the views wow !!!!

Great location we didn't use the car not once while we where there, we walked everywhere or caught a tram. A big Coles supermarket right across the street and lots of restaurants within an easy stroll.

The pool, sauna, gym great BBQ area.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable Nancy was great with the meet and greet and hand over.

we will definitely be back to stay again ...

This apartment is really lovey,lying in bed looking at the views is amazing. Very centrally located,trams system close by. The apartment was very well stocked with basics. We recently stayed here for 11 days in the unusual Melbourne heat wave...my only suggestion,which is a major factor in deciding if i would return,is the lack of cool airconditioning. One unit to cool the whole apartment,not reaching efficiently into the bedroom,made for some hot,uncomfortable nights.Maybe if you provided a fan in the bedroom. Also found not having a 2nd key for my husband an inconvenience as we often would be out and about with out the other(even thou theres a phone link up to the room,this didnt help as we were out at the same time). The meet and greet and communication was very good. I would return,but only if the ac was improved. Thankyou

My parents are fussy people and they were very pleased with the apartment, both cleanliness and location were above and beyond standard. Nancy was easy to deal with and the views were awesome!! Photos don't do justice.. the apartment was on the 48th floor with spectacular views across Melbourne CBD, at night when the lights are on you wont want to leave the living room..

Fantastic holiday in an outstanding apartment

A great place for our holiday in Melbourne! All the staff were friendly and helpful, apartment was clean and spacious and the bonus of a huge pool and gym. I would recommend this as an excellent place to stay in Melbourne as it is so central to everything and has a free city tram across the road.
