Lisa comes from a service background in the corporate sector and started Rejuvenate Stays in response to discussions with property owners who felt there was a better way to manage their city and regional rental and investment properties. Compact, comfortable & complete.
Very comfortable, quiet, clean and compact apartment, perfect for relaxing in at the end of a busy day. We were attending an event, but had no need to move our vehicle once we’d arrived as we were so close to trams.

Was ok.. Cramped.. Handy location
Great location, clean and easy to reach
The apartment is in a fantastic location just walking distance to shops, cafes and the sports facilities making it ideal for anyone visiting Melbourne for events. Very neat and clean with everything needed for an easy stay. Owners/managers very responsive to all communications.

We live in south Melbourne and we had an emergency burst water main in our propaty so we used Anderson Street. We where there for one week. Ideal for a couple or single visiting South Melbourne my only thing well two things the rubish bin could be bigger and the dryer leaks if you use it needs some where for the moscher to go. But other than those two things it was a very nice place to stay. The bed was great to sleep in and really good pillows .

Not well furnished and the deck and barbecue had not been cleaned from the previous tenant.
Thank you for your feedback and I am sorry the balcony wasnt swept and BBQ wasnt cleaned. I arranged the cleaner to return 7pm that evening to clean it all for you so I am glad we were able to respond as quickly as possible for you.
I am not sure what you mean by "not being well furnished". It is a 1 bedroom apartment so we dont want it too cluttered. The fold out sofa is brand new so should be in perfect condition as it the main bed.
The Facilities include an Island bench with 4 bar stools, oven, ceramic cook top, large stainless steel fridge, microwave and dishwasher. There is also a washing machine and clothes dryer.The kitchen is really well stocked with utensils and appliances. If there is something we have missed please let me know.
