It is full to the brim with fresh produce - everything from seafood to cured meats, fruits, veggies, flowers, cheeses, cakes, coffee & some great lunch options including the famous South Melbourne Dim Sims.

This apartment is well suited to a couple’s getaway or a corporate stay, only 2km’s from the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre. The main bedroom features a plush queen bed, small TV and DVD as well as a shower and separate toilet.

Public transport within 100m, Alternatively if you are bringing your car, we can provide you with an on street parking permit upon request for one car. Relax at the apartment on the impressive deck with views and BBQ for outdoor dining or cook up a delicious meal in the surprisingly well-stocked kitchen from a corkscrew to a pasta colander. The living zone features a split system which flows well into all areas of the apartment. The lounge converts to a double sofa bed for a 3rd guest suitable for a child, with prime viewing of the Sony HD TV.

Security Deposit and Guest Information

Please note we will deduct $500 from your credit card 10 days prior to your arrival. This will then be returned upon inspection of the property after your departure. If we need to make a claim against your security deposit it covers an amount up to $1000, which may include but is not limited to the following:

Excess cleaning fees, Excess laundering fees (inc. sleeping directly on to doonas, pillows, mattresses), Dirty BBQ, Excess garbage removal, Damage or breakages at the property, Loss of keys or scanners and Late check-out.

Our rates are based on twin share. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed in advance. Please include all adults and children in your enquiry. If you have babies please advise their ages also.

Please note the property cannot accept guests under the age of 25 unless accompanied by a minimum of 2 adults, over the age of 25, present the whole stay. If this rule is breached, your security deposit will be forfeited and you may be evicted at any stage.

Great place to stay in South Melbourne. Fully equipped. Near tram stations, eating places and groceries. Just a minor item - bedroom door cannot lock.

Owner's Response: Hi Sharon, Thank you for your feedback and I am sorry the balcony wasnt swept and BBQ wasnt cleaned. I arranged the cleaner to return 7pm that evening to clean it all for you so I am glad we were able to respond as quickly as possible for you. I am not sure what you mean by "not being well furnished". It is a 1 bedroom apartment so we dont want it too cluttered. The fold out sofa is brand new so should be in perfect condition as it the main bed. The Facilities include an Island bench with 4 bar stools, oven, ceramic cook top, large stainless steel fridge, microwave and dishwasher. There is also a washing machine and clothes dryer.The kitchen is really well stocked with utensils and appliances. If there is something we have missed please let me know. Kind Regards Lisa

Such a clean well presented apartment in a great position. There was plenty of room for parking and great places to eat within walking distance. This accommodation was really well equipped and we loved the fact that there was a balcony and a barbecue.
