Private home accommodation in a clean, quiet, comfortable four bedroom home, maintained in original pleasant style since 1968. Bedrooms available: queen, double, twin, single: all bedrooms lockable, supplied with bed and bath linen. Room rental, cleaning, tea/coffee facilities provided. No food or meals included. Self-catered with use of kitchen facilities. Full use of private home, kitchen, dining room, lounge room (TV), laundry (clothes washer, dryer, iron, hair dryer); shower, bathroom and toilet each in separate lockable rooms. N.B.N. WiFi included. New gas cooker, new fridge, new air conditioning to all rooms, new gas heater. Secure cool rear garden with lawns and shady trees. Off-street secure undercover parking for 2 cars. Ample free street parking in service road.

Stayz house rules apply. Sober, respectable, clean behaviour expected. Non-smoking in house or gardens.
