The 3rd bedroom has a double bed and is suitable for children/teenagers or adults.
The kids bedroom has single bed bunks that are very comfortable and kids will love them, they are also suitable for adults to sleep on.
There are 2 x bathrooms (ensuite and main bathroom), the main bathroom has a beautiful large stone bathtub and both have open wet room showers

Our stunning house is an oasis of comfort & style by the beach with a Bohemian/industrial undertone. We renovated our home in a style that brings the outdoors in. Located only 600metres from the beautiful Tallebudgera Creek and only 900metres (as the crow flys), from one of the best beaches on the Gold Coast, great for surfing, swimming, stand up paddle boarding, fishing and even diving and snorkeling on the Palm Beach Reef. Our property is a holiday haven for 1 or 2 families who want to relax and spend time by the beach and are looking for a convienent location to see the beautiful Gold Coast and Northern NSW. Our home has polished concrete floors ‘in the living spaces and carpeted rooms. The ocean breeze can be enjoyed throughout the house, as it was designed to allow a good airflow through the rooms. There are ceiling fans in all rooms. Our home has the bonus of being child friendly, so that parents can relax knowing that it is fully fenced for young children, with grassed back yard (and playground equipment) and swimming pool to keep them busy. If possible I will leave some toys/books/games for them to play with. The choice of eating in or out is easy cook up a Barbeque or stroll to the nearby cafes and surf club. Oskars and George's Seafood restaurants are two of the best restaurants on the Coast and they are 5 mins away.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF YOUR STAY
To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with.
In accordance with Gold Coast City Council this property has a strict No party & No Commercial Functions policy. THIS PROPERTY IS IN A RESIDENTIAL AREA AND IS FOR ACCOMMODATION USE ONLY. THERE ARE STRICTLY NO WEDDINGS/FUNCTIONS/PARTIES ALLOWED Additionally the price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this may result in loss of your bond and/or additional payments. * SORRY No Schoolies *
In consideration to our neighbours, we request guests keep noise to a minimum outside and observe the residential area "Quiet time" from 10pm to 8 am. Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental and loss of bond.
This is a family home and it is suited to family stays
Pets may be permitted at this property by application only and additional fees, terms and conditions will apply. This is strictly by approval with the owners and otherwise Pets are not permitted.
We appreciate most will respect our property but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions.
Number of Guests should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed with the owners in advance.
Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss are the tenants responsibility during their stay. All breakages and damage must be paid for in full by the guest
Arrival - check in is from 2pm however this is flexible depending on availability. It is necessary to contact the property manager with your arrival time so as they can arrange to meet, greet and hand over keys and remotes to the house and a house book to assist you to get the most out of your stay.’
Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. A full departure check list is available at the property for your assistance. Check-out time is 10.00am at the latest, (unless otherwise arranged) to allow time to prepare property for next guests/owners.
A $500 cash bond is payable on check in. It is designed to cover any additional costs incurred including but not limited to, any breakage, damage or excess cleaning requirements, extra guests beyond those declared ..etc. This will be fully refundable upon departure providing the conditions above are met.
Deposit is required 7 days after booking and full payment is required 1 week prior to stay.
All linen and towels are supplied (byo beach towels). A small selection of amenties will be provided on arrival ie toilet paper, soap, tea and coffee, to get you started.
Loss - the owners take no responsibility for the tenants personal property.
