This beautiful two-level property features very spacious, open plan living/dining room with sweeping views from an upstairs balcony and front of the property.

Lounge room is equipped with large screen TV and DVD player. There is another, smaller sitting area with second TV/DVD, perfect for children's corner or quiet getaway, located on the second floor.

There is a quiet corner at the front of the property, perfect for reading, study or just simply "taking it easy".

The house offers 1 car lock up garage, space for another vehicle in the driveway, very large and secure outdoor entertainment area, beautifully presented.

This property is very spacious, making it well suited for couples, families and business stays.

MARIGOLD HILL offers central heating & cooling and it comfortably accommodates

8 - 10 people with 7 beds - 1 Queen bed, 4 Single beds and 3 Double sofa beds.

We are also children friendly and provide a portable cot and high chair at no additional charge.

The large main bedroom includes an ensuite with separate shower while the main bathroom has a separate shower, bath tub and separate toilet.

The large modern kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, grill, microwave, large fridge, modern dishwasher and modern cooking appliances, including rice cooker, sandwich press and blender.

All plates, cutlery, crockery and glasses are provided. Cook your meals three times a day and entertain as if you were in your own home. Save time and money on dining out or paying high prices charged normally in hotels and restaurants.

The large, fully equipped laundry includes modern washing machine and dryer, iron and an ironing board. Includes FREE LINEN & TOWELS for all guests.***

Security and privacy is offered with a lock up 1 car garage and off street parking in a quiet, family friendly neighbourhood.

The STANDARD rate is based on a maximum of 4 people over a period of 7 days or more. And additional FEE of $35 PER PERSON PER NIGHT applies for bookings over 4 people. PEAK PERIOD and HOLIDAY rates will apply to the rates advertised. Discounts offered to bookings over 14 days or last minute availability.

Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival will forfeit the total monies paid.

Special Events or Peak Season bookings - Cancellation made less than 90 days prior to arrival will forfeit the total monies paid. Any cancellations made after 1 week of booking will incur a minimum of 1 nights' accommodationcancellation fee to cover loss.
