Fabulous modern ground floor apartment in the heart of the village is a popular holiday choice for the elderly and small children.We love families and always warmly welcome young people. Your lovely home away from home apartment includes gas cook top and oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine with unique coffee blends ready to enjoy. You have the convenience of European built washer / dryer with complementary powder supplied. Ironing board and iron are also supplied.

The living room comes with fold out sofa bed, a selection of family board games, Sony TV, DVD, Floor fans and Gas Heater.

The main bedroom has Antique Queen bed with new quality mattress, built in wardrobes, light and airy, and secure with new curtains and Persian carpet rugs.

The second bedroom has single bed with built in desk and plenty of built in cupboard space. Again, solid wooden bed with brand new quality mattress and curtains.

This home has been freshly painted this year, with beautiful parquet flooring with a selection of Persian carpet rugs throughout.

The bathroom has been renovated including modern shower, glass shower screen, full size mirror, shaving cabinet. Freshly laundered linen bath towels are provided for your exclusive use as well as beach towels for your leisure. GHD brand hair dryer and straightener is provided, to ensure you look your best.

The apartment comfortably sleeps five people for your exclusive use. Guests will have access to full apartment. This two bedroom purpose built apartment is made for family, friends and business guests wanting a comfortable 'home away from home'.

Visitor parking available on site but not guaranteed. However, there is plenty of street parking.

Your unique designated pass code upon entry will ensure privacy, security and discretion.

No pets, no smoking, no parties and no more than 5 guests overnight stay.

The Neighbourhood And Attractions

10 minute walk to Beautiful Balmoral Beach. Hire a canoe, go for a swim, do some fishing, paddle boarding or just sit and watch the world go by.

There are two fitness centres in walking distance to the apartment. Fitness First opens early and closes late and Anytime Fitness is open 24/7.

The Mosman Indoor Swim Centre provides lap lanes for beginners, intermediate and squad swimmers, children lessons, aqua aerobics and leisure splash about area.

For kids and the young at heart seeking some adventure, amusements, rides and just simply fun, Luna Park is a must! A short bus ride to Milsons Point nestled adjacent to The Harbour Bridge with a view to die for!

The famous Taronga Zoo also in Mosman is a short bus ride away and boasts stunning views of Sydney Harbour, The Sydney Opera House, The Sydney Harbour Bridge, The city skyline and beyond. Explore amazing bush walks along the Harbour foreshores and surrounding suburbs.

There are fireworks at Darling Harbour every Saturday night with an endless choice of food venues, 10 pin bowling, laser tag and IMAX cinemas.

A short bus ride away or even a leisurely walk is the majestic Hayden Orpheum Cinema in Cremorne.

The Marina at The Spit is also a short distance away. Take a fishing rod and chill for the day. Didn't catch anything? Don't worry, plenty of yummy food spots to choose. From 5* dining to casual.

There are many local restaurants catering to every tastes, and many are children friendly. From Thai, Japanese to the local pubs with Aussie steaks, there is something for everyone.

Pleasant ten minute stroll down to the famous sandy Balmoral Beach where Moreton Bay Fig trees line the Esplanade. You'll find the best fish and chips at "Bottom Of The Harbour" cafe. This historic beach is ideal for families with small children as it is one of Sydney's most protected beaches with minimal surf. Ideal for trying paddle boarding, kayaking and canoeing which you can hire from The Boatshed by the hour. Great also for an evening swim or a run. The perfect Getaway experience.

Manly Beach is a world famous surf beach and is ideal to learn how to surf, skateboard, dive, or play volley ball. Enjoy snorkeling at Shelley Beach, walk the many tracks or make a diary entry in your calendar for the Manly Food & Wine Festivals and/or The Manly Jazz Festivals or Surfing Competitions.

Book a Sydney Harbour Bridge climb to face your fears or cantilever out high above Centre Point Building or for something a bit more cultured, roam through The Art Gallery of NSW, The Hyde Park Barracks to learn more about Australia's Convict Settlement, The Mint Gallery and Parliament House. Sit for a while in the sun at Hyde Park overlooking St. Mary's Cathedral or stroll down to The Botanical Gardens to connect with nature.

Transport and Getting Around

At the end of the street just a few metres away from your door step you can find public transport to commute to Sydney's CBD, Chatswood, North Sydney, Milsons Point, the Northern Beaches and our famous Manly Beach to Palm Beach.

The City is just 10 minutes away by direct frequent buses to Wynyard. The Express M30 is destination to the trendy inner city suburb of Newtown home of the famous Enmore Theatre which hosts comedy nights and many Australian and international artists. Along the way, the M30 stops at the historical yet fashionable Queen Victoria Building, Town Hall Station, Pitt St Mall and Westfield where you can find world class shopping precincts, night life, restaurants, The State Theatre, music venues, bars, hotels ....... the list is endless.

All buses bring you back to Spit Junction then less than a flat level 5 minute walk to your front door.

For a more tranquil and serene way to get into the city take a ferry ride to Circular Quay from Mosman Wharf or Taronga Zoo Wharf. Take in the sites along the way of The Prime Minister's Home "Kirribilli House", Fort Denison, Sydney Opera House, The Harbour Bridge and much much more!

From Circular Quay you can further connect by ferry to Darling Harbour, Balmain and the RiverCat takes you out along the Parramatta River to connect to the Western Suburbs. Trains from Circular Quay connect you to Central Station, Bondi Junction and The Blue Mountains.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The unit had everything we needed and more. Lots of nice extras such as the pods for the Nespresso, fresh fruit in the bowl and eggs, butter and milk in the fridge. Located a very short walk from everything you need in Mosman.

Fabulous Apartment

We loved our stay at Clifford Gardens. The apartment is clean, bright and so well stocked with all the pantry and bathroom items you may need. It's much more spacious than I expetted. Communication with the owner was always easy and prompt. Perfect location in Mosman. Highly recommend staying here.
