We will need you to agree to our 4 x terms and conditions before confirming your stay. They are as follows:-
1. We have a strict NO PARTY POLICY. No Bucks Parties, No Hens Parties and No Schoolies please. We are located in a gorgeous quite location and we ask all guests to maintain the serenity.
2. Maximum of 8 guests on the property at any given time
3. No bartering on advertised rates
4. Minimum 3 night stay
Our property is always cleaned and laundered by a reputable cleaning company
Our pool is managed by a local Pool Company to ensure chemical levels are always safe for you and your family
Our lawns and gardens are also maintained regularly
Our property is beautiful and we will look to only allow people to stay who will respect the property like we do
