The house has secure rear access parking access via a ROW and also dedicated street parking.
Park Street runs west to Rokeby Road, which is one of Perth's notable shopping precincts with restaurants, cafes, hotels, boutiques, supermarkets (Farmer Jacks supermarket is at the juncture of Park St and Rokeby Rd) and farmers markets, all within a very short walk (less than 5 mins).
Park St is a beautiful leafy street with quaint character houses and (not belying the name) parks at the both ends; one with children's play equipment. Richard Diggins park is a lovely place to sit and read a book. Kings Park is less than a 5 minute jog away for the exercise enthusiast or just for getting a sensational view of the city.
The house is also located centrally and close to 5 major hospitals – St John of God, King Edward Memorial, Princess Margaret Children's Hospital, Sir Charles Gardiner and Royal Perth. It is only a short walk to Patterson Stadium, 2km to the Perth CBD and 1km to Kings Park. Matilda Bay and the University of Western Australia are 5km away stright down Thomas Rd. Also just a short distance away are the Perth Convention Centre, the new Perth Arena complex, the Perth Theatre Centre, His Majesty's Theatre, the Perth Museum and the Art Gallery of Western Australia.
Guests are provided with high thread count cotton bed linen, a selection of pillows, and white fluffy hotel-grade towels. Luxury ECO brand body wash and laundry detergent is provided free of charge. We can also provide other products on request and can even do a grocery shop to stock the fridge prior to your stay on request (groceries charged at cost).
The property has high-speed, wireless broadband internet free of charge.

Guests are able to self check-in (instructions provided), otherwise I am available to meet guests on arrival (for late afternoon arrivals only).
The property is fully self catered - once you arrive and settle in we won't bother you.
However, I am available 24/7 to answer all questions via email or phone and can provide suggestions to things to do in the area.
Housekeeping can be arranged for $100 (for a full comprehensive clean, linen and towel change - allow 2.5 hours) or $40/hour for a quick general tidy up.

The property next door (2 bedroom, 1 bathroom) is a mirror image of this property and is also available for short stays, either separately or to accommodate larger parties of up to 8 guests.

Portable baby cots can be hired for a one-off fee of $25 (please specify when booking).
Strictly non smoking and sorry but no parties or noisy gatherings, this is a quiet residential neighbourhood.
Please put dirty dishes in the dishwasher and turn it on when you leave.
