Lovely upscale cabin

  • 5 of 5

The property has 3 cabins and a house for rent, it is in the large (pop.14000) town of Harrison, just off a main through fair BUT... You go up this long private paved little lane, beautifully wooded to the top, where you can see no other homes but the 4 belonging to the rental property. The cabins were chic country, well appointed with all necessary equipment and cleaning supplies and dishes to live. Exceptionally clean. The king sized bed in the middle cabin was absolutely perfect! So luxurious, perfect sheets and pillows and just ... soft and comfortable. I really wanted to take it home! The a.c. was excellent, could freeze you out! She had unexpected touches throughout, like salt pepper and bbq spice, charcoal and lighter fluid, coffee and creamer. WiFi connection. Big yards, the cabins were close to one another, house was further up road. I saw deer in the yard.

Wonderful and Relaxing Cabine

  • 5 of 5

We found this wonderful little cabin through a google search and were very pleased staying here. Cabin contained everything we needed plus internet and TV (including laundry facilities). The King bed was very comfortable and there was also a queen pullout that we didn't need.

The grounds, 18 acres, gave lot of room for our large dog (120 lb) to run and chase the squirrels and a small coyote (I think).

The only unfortunate part of our stay was a storm day of arrival and we weren't able to get out and take in the sites in the area as most of the places we wanted to go were either snow covered, ice bound or closed roads. And we were forced to remain on the property as we did not have a 4x4 vehicle. So we just stayed put and enjoyed the cabin, and relaxation that went with it.

Everything, absolutely everything was cozy and comfortable.....NOW we want to go back either late summer, early fall so we can drive around and enjoy the sites but we would plan to stay a bit longer than the 3 days we originally booked.

Owner is a wonderful person and we were fortunate to meet her and hope to see her again - thank you Carol for this opportunity.

Great Cabin

  • 5 of 5

The cabin was everything we expected and more. It was clean and had everything you could want. It is close to town but feels secluded. We enjoyed seeing the deer and squirrels every day. This was a great location to explore the Ozarks on a motorcycle. We had a blast driving all the curvy roads. Would definitely stay here again next time we are in the area.

Close to town; out in the woods. In other words just wonderful...

  • 5 of 5

We are so happy to have found these wonderful cabins and their even "wonderfuller" owner. As long as there's a vacancy there could never be a reason to stay at a motel in town. Not when these clean, comfortable and roomy cabins are available right on the edge of town -- minutes from anything in Harrison and less than a half-hour from Branson. The whole experience was just a joy and the beautiful fall foliage was a big bonus (although we'd love to return any time of year).

Great Visit

  • 5 of 5

Carol, we were thrilled to find your cabins in our home town. They are great!!! We were able to come and have our own space and visit with family and friends. Even had a BBQ with my brother on our little deck. You have thought of everything needed to make it a wonderful place to stay for a night or a long term. Every thing we needed was there. I enjoyed my coffee on the porch every morning. My husband was delighted we could bring our two little dogs. It was a wonderful place to walk them. They thank you too. You are so centrally located to all the neat things to in Harrison and surrounding area. We will definitley stay in one of your cabins when we come "home" to visit family and friends.
