There is a large covered back deck that has a BBQ for those lazy evening dinners. While relaxing on the deck expect to see a lot of the native birds that frequent the yard.
The kitchen is very well appointed. It includes a microwave, cooktop, toaster, kettle, place setting for 4 and a whole host of kitchen accessories. There is a normal size fridge and a dining table for 4.

This small village is located at the northern edge of the dramatic Beecroft Peninsula that adjoins Jervis Bay Marine Park. Currarong is 33 km south-east of Nowra and is popular for swimming and surfing, fishing and prawning. The closest beach is Abrahams Bosom, it is very protected and is excellent for children. There are many good picnic tables with BBQ facilities. There are 13 other wonderful beaches in the area. Even if it is windy you can always find a protected beach.
There are a number of easy walks from Currarong such as Wreck Walk to see the ghostly remains of SS Merimbula or the three-hour Trig Station Walk. In spring, wildflowers are prolific on Beecroft Peninsula, which is also known for its spectacular sandstone cliffs that rise straight from the ocean. Whales, dolphins and seals can often be spotted from the beach or the cliff tops.
At dusk and dawn, kangaroos and rabbits roam the streets. Bandicoots and plovers are regular visitors for anyone who loves animals. Bring some parrot seed and let the children feed the birds in the feeder next to the deck.
