Recently featured in Home Ideas magazine, this spacious open-plan house is light, airy and designed to capture the ocean breeze. It enjoys stunning architectural features including an open plan kitchen/dining area that extends to a double height lounge room space with generous seating for the whole family. The media unit contains a range of board games for everyone to enjoy.

With white walls, polished timber floors and superior finishes throughout, this home is designed to please. The sleek modern kitchen has everything you need to rustle up a meal at home – and the living area opens to the rear of the house so you can eat indoors or out as you choose.

You’re guaranteed a great night’s sleep in the spacious master retreat, which overlooks the garden and enjoys a generously proportioned double bathroom with wet room area. There are two more double bedrooms, one with a cool loft bed and lounge area that’s perfect for older kids or teens. There’s also a second bathroom with twin sinks, shower and bath.

A comfortable adult lounge and library/office plus cloakroom and laundry complete the ground floor accommodation. To the front of the house there’s a sun-drenched first floor deck with views towards the beach - an ideal spot to kick back and relax with a coffee or glass of wine. At the rear of the house, a sunny deck (with BBQ) and tranquil garden are the perfect place for younger children to play.

Make the most of beautiful Balmoral and get outside on the host family’s bikes and scooters. Guests are welcome to use the gym equipment, beach cricket, and other outdoor gear (excluding kayak) in the garage.
