Fantastic modern unit in well serviced apartment block, with beach across road

Ground floor, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom fully decked out apartment for holiday and short term rental. Located on Kirra Beach in the heart of the southern Gold Coast, on the beachfront at Kirra, only 2 minutes drive from Gold Coast airport and 1.5-2 kilometre walk from the hub of Coolangatta.

Kirra Surf Unit number G04 is superbly located in this ultra modern building. It is a ground floor unit with a massive private courtyard area for your own private, secluded use. Perfect for kids or entertaining guests or simply relaxing in the sun without disturbance!

Availability is up-to-date so please use the calendar to check your preferred dates. Pricing will vary depending on length of stay and time of year, including special events. Enquiries/booking requests are typically responded to within an hour or so. Our prices are always SIGNIFICANTLY below booking direct with on-site management, and compared to other units in the area with comparable amenities and quality.

The complex has a large heated (for all year round use) Infinity pool, gym and sauna. Across the road is a child friendly park and playground facilities.

Outdoor private courtyard area that has a table that seats 8 adults, and 2 sun loungers for that sun lizarding and worshipping in your own private courtyard area!

Access to the communal all weather heated pool, and BBQ area is right on your doorstep by the pool

Focus on fitness, unwind at the end of the day, or start your morning with a burst of energy, at our gymnasium and sauna. Access is free, and restricted to owners, tenants and their guests.

Secure underground parking

Car spaces are allocated to residents and holiday-makers in the secure basement car park. Entry is restricted to those in possession of an electronic security tag to the building.

Security intercoms

Access to the complex and individual apartments is via security intercoms and electronic swipe access, allowing residents and guests to monitor visitor access, and feel assured that you and your belongings are safe and secure at all times.

Massive courtyard with private secluded use. Enjoy the outdoor space that pretty much every unit does not have. This is 68m2 of outdoor area - BBQ, dinner on the deck, sun on the sun loungers. Or a place for the little ones to safely roam - crawl, walk run or ride their little bikes.....

The fifth person either needs to be kept in a cot or there is a blow up DOUBLE mattress with inbuilt pump that can be used, but subject to finding acceptable floor space - in the dining/living room or one of the bedrooms as suits you.

No party policy. No bucks parties, hens parties or schoolies. This is a family unit. Noise able to be heard outside of the apartment is not permitted at any time of Day or Night. As noise travels throughout the resort, there must not be any noise at all after 9pm, and the pool is open from 8am to 8pm. Please be conscious of others in the complex at all times.

Great value, spacious accommodation!

We are a family of 4 (twin toddlers) who had a 5 night stay here.

The apartment has a spacious kitchen, two bedrooms (spa bath in ensuite), laundry, and we loved the private courtyard.

There is an onsite cafe which was handy, two playgrounds nearby, beach across the road, and a short drive from airport and larger shopping centres.

We loved the north Kirra surf club (5 min walk) for dinner with a great view.

Onsite pool is fantastic!

Great communication from Conrad.

We hope to return next year!

Such a great stay

This unit is so well appointed, it has everything a single, couple or family would want when on the GC. My family and I really enjoyed our stay for the reason that the unit had everything we would want. It was clean, had everything needed to make us comfortable and our kids loved the pool. I advise to stay here, so good.

Perfect holiday apartment

What a fantastic apartment for a family holiday. It was spacious, perfectly located and very well appointed. The large outdoor area was great and ground floor location perfect for kids eager to get out to the pool and beach each day. All communication was prompt and accurate and it is clear that the owner takes pride in ensuring everything is as expected for your stay. Thank you, we had a great time and have recommended this apartment to family and friends.

Fantastic Family Apartment!

We had an excellent experience at this apartment, it was perfect for us, in particular for our toddler, with the courtyard to run around in, not to mention the availability of the portacot, high chair, stroller and swimming aids. The fully equipped kitchen made it easy to stay in and prepare meals. The ground floor location meant easy access to the complex's facilities. The pool and surrounding area is fantastic, as well as the attached cafe for our morning coffee! It is a short walk to local shops, though major supermarkets are not within close walking distance.

We loved how spacious, modern and comfortable this apartment was, we were able to really make ourselves at home and have a relaxing stay. The owner was acceptionally accommodating and made the whole process very easy. We will be back!
