The apartment is located in a secure building, it has 1 bedroom with queen size bed and a second bedroom that has been converted to an extra sitting room which has a good quality comfortable sofa bed if required.
Towels and bedding are provided. The kitchen has all necessary appliances and both the living areas and bedrooms have air conditioning/ heating.
The apartment has both a swipe pass used to enter the building (access from Sherwood Court) and a key for the apartment front door (located on level 3). These will be given to the guest at time of check in.
Interaction with Guests
The manager resides on the same floor and will be available to assist guests with any questions they may have.
You will love that everything you could possibly need is within walking distance from the apartment. From supermarkets and banks to bars and clubs it's all a short walk away.
There are regular CAT buses (no charge) that transport from the city to surrounding suburbs, there are also trains and other buses that can be used and the main bus-port and train station is a short walk from the apartment. Taxis are easily hailed on the street or there is a taxi rank across the road from the apartment.
Other Things to Note
The apartment comes with everything you may need, including, an iron and ironing board, kettle, microwave, dishwasher, all cutlery, cookery, glassware and saucepans. Clean bedding and towels are also provided. However if you would like us to get anything else for you prior to your stay please don't hesitate to ask and we'll see if we can help.
Please treat it as your home. Cleaning will be done at the conclusion of your stay along with a check of all contents, if something is missing/ broken you will be contacted immediately.
For longer stays we can arrange for regular cleaning if required.
The apartment does not allow for smoking or pets.
The minimum stay is 2 nights.
- A 50% deposit is required to confirm bookings
- A $500- Security Bond (paid when full payment is made) Refunded on inspection after
- Full payment must be made 14 days prior to check in.
- Late check out & early check in are subject to availability.
-For stays 10 days or more a mandatory service will be undertaken on the 7th day &
every 7 days. Fresh linen and towels will be installed.
No smoking in the property at any time, however an ashtray will be provided for
people who wish to smoke, on the balcony. If used please empty butts into a rubbish
bag & clean before departure.
Parties with more than 8 guests on the property are not allowed.
Before departure put all rubbish into appropriate bins. Please leave the kitchen clean
and tidy. The property must be left in a clean and tidy condition. Extra cleaning
charges may be taken from bond for extra cleaning caused.
Personal safety is the responsibility of the occupant. The management shall not be held responsible for any accident or injury sustained by occupants or guests during their stay.
If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance, the nights not spent are not refunded.
If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent are not refunded.
