About the property

We love this place and we are sure that you will too. We set out to create a fantastically located place that is both stylish and comfortable, with all the comforts of home and by all accounts we have certainly succeeded.

Whether you are coming for business or pleasure; whether you are with colleagues or family, we've done our best to make sure that this apartment becomes your favourite home away from home.

The master bedroom has a queen bed, whilst the second bedroom has two single beds. Extra bedding can be provided on request. There is lots of natural light and a sunny balcony overlooking the Melbourne CBC in one direction and the Bay in the other. An open plan kitchen features modern appliances and is fully equipped. The main bedroom includes a spacious ensuite and the second bathroom has access to a second deluxe bathroom.

The lounge includes a modern lounge suite, big screen TV and unlimited Foxtel and unlmited internet are included. There is also a DVD player, and a compact stereo system. Our apartment also includes undercover secure parking, lift access and security entrance from Nott St.

Step outside the apartment and within 100 metres you can take a leisurely summer stroll or a brisk winter's walk along the beachfront promenade. Public transport for the short trip to Melbourne's CBD is available at your doorstep, while Bay St and the beachfront offer restaurants, shops, cafes and bars to cater to any taste.

Our apartment contains what we believe are all the items necessary to ensure it is fully self-contained. And we are always open to ideas of how we can further enhance your stay.
