Great Value ideal Location

Great location as it was just 3-5 mins walk to Victoria Market & Public transport. 5 of us had stay for 7 nights in the unit and all of us love it so much. The kitchen, dining table, the beds, the bathroom and all the equipment furnished by the owner. The intercom system was superb as one of the us came back late without the apartment key but we still can get contact with each other. The location is very easy to find as it was just opposite the Maseratti & Audi Car Show Room. Thank you, Terima Kasih, Xie Xie.

Apartment was in a good location close to tram stops & Lygon Street. Beds comfortable & unit generally well equipped. Lounge was terrible though & made trying to relax very difficult.

Fantastic location!

The apartment was fantastic. Perfect size, kitchen, bathrooms, etc.

No cable but that wasn't an issue as we didn't really spent a lot of time in there. Beds were comfortable and the private parking was great. So convenient!

The only think that I would suggest, is to change the couch for a more comfy one.

Excellent property

Great location, very clean and well presented. Good beds, pillows and linen. Loved having two bathrooms as it was a business trip with a work colleague and not having to share bathrooms was a big plus for us. Kitchen well equipped and functional. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Worth the money

We enjoyed our stay here. Travelling wt 3 kids and easy access to the city and surrounding either via car or public transportation. Spacious kitchen wt all the necessary utensils for cooking , very handy as QVM is 5 mins away and all the fresh produce makes u want to stay in and cook all day. Will definitely come back for a stay here!

*traveling with adults or elderly, if require rest very convent to walk back or tram to apartment.
