This fully furnished luxury accommodation delivers the ultimate in comfort and modern living set in a location that is one of Melbourne's best kept secrets.

Only fifty metres to the 109 light rail which is only 6 stops to the CBD or a couple of minutes to the beach. The Exhibition Centre and DFO shopping precinct are only a 5 minute walk away while the Crown Casino is a few minutes more. A cab to the centre of Melbourne will take about 10 minutes (depending on the traffic) or alternatively it is about 25 minutes to walk. Etihad Stadium is only a 15 minute stroll away while the South Melbourne market and the shops in Bay Street Port Melbourne are 10 minute walks. For the bike enthusiast the apartment is adjacent to the CBD/Port Melbourne bike/walking path which connects into the Yarra trail in the city direction and the bay track in the other. For Grand Prix lovers, Albert Park Lake is 2km's away, 5 minutes in a Cab or alternatively take the tram or walk.

Downstairs you will find a spacious open plan dining, kitchen and lounge area opening onto a private leafy balcony with a fantastic view to Port Melbourne and beyond, a perfect spot to toast the setting sun. Upstairs are two large bedrooms sharing a spacious bathroom with huge walk-in-shower, twin vanities and a bath designed to share. The main bedroom has a majestic queen sized four poster bed, private balcony and garden with amazing views that at night light up like fairyland. Reverse cycle air conditioner, wall mounted television, cheval mirror along with a massive wardrobe are part of the room

The second bedroom has a queen sized bed. A Laser colour jet printer is available for use and is located in the wardrobe. A fluffy bean bag to chill out on is also in the bedroom.

The third bed is made from converting the King's lounge into a king sized bed while still allowing for other seating in the lounge area. This gives all guests their own space within the apartment.

Enjoy a BBQ on the balcony, cook up a storm in the fully equipped kitchen or take a short stroll to one of the many dining options available. Restaurants and casual eateries are located in Docklands, South Bank, Clarendon, Bay and Bridport Streets which are all only a short walk away.

The kitchen is equipped with all the expected appliances including a microwave and dishwasher, it is the unexpected that sets it apart from the rest including the Pavoni coffee machine and grinder (coffee beans supplied), a Kitchen Aid mixer along with the basic essentials- flours, sugar, pasta and baking tins to assist in whipping up a cake, along with a wide variety of cutlery, crockery and glasses.

We know what it is like to arrive in a strange place and have to try and get your bearings so that you can go out and get the essentials to last you through the night, when all you want to do is chill out and relax. That is why we have supplied them, please do not abuse our hospitality, use what is required to get you through the first night except of course the condiments.

Complementary gin and whisky is supplied for your use.

Free WIFI access is provided throughout the apartment.

A secure undercover parking space is also provided.
