HAY PARK TOWN HOUSE is a new executive townhouse in Jolimont and is situated within 1 km to Subiaco which is one of the best cafe and shopping strips in Perth. It's about 3 kms to the city along Hay Street, passing through West Perth.

The townhouse consists of 1 bedroom and bathroom and study/bedroom on the ground floor, there are 2 single beds in this area. The upstairs consists of a brand new kitchen with dining and lounge overlooking a lovely balcony to a newly established park. There is a sofa lounge which is available for extra guests, max of 5 only. The property is accessed from Hay Street through secured gates with under cover parking. There is also a visitors bay on this level

The train is situated in Subiaco which is 2 stops to the city and Jolimont is also within walking distance, at both stations the train takes you to either the city or Fremantle.

NEIGHBOURHOOD: Jolimont is in an absolutely prime location being only 3 kms to the city. There are many cafes, restaurants within walking distance with Banks, post office, boutiques, petrol stations are within a very short walk. Subiaco is home to the AFL and within walking distance to major hospitals.

No smoking inside the property, smoking only allowed on the balcony. Sliding doors must be closed to avoid smell to inside. There is an ashtray provided for buts and ash. All cigarette buts and ash to be placed in a plastic bag and discarded into the outside bins in the car park.

Couldn't ask for better!!!

I stayed at this apartment for 2 weeks and it was perfect!! So close and central to anything. Fantastic appliances, comfortable bed and surprisingly quiet and peaceful given it's in one of the busiest areas of Perth! The owner John is so kind, reasonable and accommodating!! Would recommend this apartment to anyone!!
