Our spacious 4 bed 2.5 bath home is just a short hop to Perth's finest beach and surrounding cafes, bars and restaurants. With stunning ocean views all the way to nearby Rottnest Island, this home is truly the place to enjoy beachside living.

This property is recently renovated with stunning views of the close by ocean. Only a very short walk to the beach, many dining options are within only a few minutes walk as well as a handy supermarket. Once you arrive there is no need to go further than a couple of blocks to enjoy all that Scarborough has to offer.

Property is 3 level, 4 bed, 2.5 bathroom with laundry.

Level 1 is garage.

Level 2 is living areas, kitchen, dining, lounge, laundry and outdoor living space.

Level 3 is bedrooms.

Bed 1 - Queen bed , walk in robe and ensuite bathroom/WC.This bedroom has balcony access and ocean views (from bed!)

Bed 2 - Queen bed, built in robe and balcony access, with ocean views (from bed!)

Bed 3 - Queen bed, built in robe.

Bed 4 - Bunk with double and single on top, can accommodate 2 adults; or 2 adults and 1 child; or 3 children, built in robe.

Main bathroom in shared between Bed 2-4, with separate toilet and additional toilet on living area level.

Additional roller beds can added (on request, please enquire for more details)

Guests have access to full property.

Kitchen has all the expected amenities, kettle, toaster, microwave full sized fridge as well as cutlery and crockery, pots and pans.

Linen and towels provided.

The home is a non-smoking property, if you'd like to smoke, we request that you do so outside and dispose of butts thoughtfully.

Pets are allowed only on negotiation, please contact us directly if you'd like to bring a pet.

Please be thoughtful of the neighbours as most of the people in the area are home owners and work, this is not a place that can allow late night parties, but rather an amazing beachside location to relax and enjoy.

The Scarborough area

Scarborough is one of Perth's most vibrant and beautiful beachside suburbs. There are plenty of dining and drinking options as well as the stunning beach to enjoy. Perth is the city with the most sunshine days of the year and even in winter we have stunning days so the beach is enjoyable all year round.

There is ample parking at the property including a 2 car garage with roller doors and room for an additional 2 cars on the drive way.

Nearby public transport makes it easy to get to and from the property as well as explore the beautiful city of Perth. Catch a bus into the city, down to Fremantle or up to Hillarys.

Taxi fares from the international airport is approx. $60-70 depending on traffic and time of day.
