Overview

About the property

Unique for the fantastic location, views, in a 1930’s Art Deco boutique building

Located in historic, tree lined Queen Street Honey Apartments are the perfect choice to spread out and make your self at home. The advantage of this home is everything Melbourne has to offer is just out your front door. The location is fantastic as you are right in the heart of the central business district with Melbourne's famous laneways less than a block away and the city's amazing shopping, dining and cultural options all so very close. You won't need a car here – everything is an easy walk or tram ride.

Got a big group?

Honey Apartment One and Two have the added unique feature that they are located right next to each other in the same building. This is a perfect option if you want to accommodate up to nine people.

Honey Apartments are a contemporary update on the building's art deco past with a full kitchen, laundry and they both have two bedrooms. The beds are all REAL BEDS (no fold out couches or air mattresses) and only the highest quality linen is provided.

Each apartment has a King Size bed that can be separated into 2 single beds.

Beds can be arranged as…

1 king bed and 1 double bed

OR

2 single beds and 1 double bed

The apartments feature crisp white walls that are the perfect canvas: think contemporary photography, colourful canvases and bright throw rugs. The walls of windows bathe Honey Apartments in light, giving a relaxed, airy feeling. And with all of Melbourne's enticements at your door, it's great to know that those windows are also double-glazed, ensuring a good night's sleep.

Kirsten is a great host. She made sure that we were happy. The apartment is very well located near Melbourne CBD and Southbank. It is 2 bedroom and my bed was very comfortable. Would definitely stay there again.

Great city centre apartment

  • 5 of 5

Stayed in Honey Apartment 2 with my niece on a shopping holiday from NZ for 7 nights. The apartment was very clean and safe and secure. Very close to tram stations, great cafes and resturants, but far enough from the noise

and bustle. 2 minutes from a Cole's and over the road from a 7/11. Great place to go home to and put your feet up after shopping all day. Kirsten Honey is a great person to deal with happy to answer all questions and give advise on shopping. Will stay next year for another shopping holiday.

Great property in wonderful location

  • 5 of 5

We found the Honey apartment just as advertised, and very clean and spacious. There was plenty of light from the large windows overlooking the street. In spite of being in the heart of Melbourne it was remarkably quiet. The excellent location made for a wonderful city holiday with all the home comforts.

Cosy and well located

  • 4 of 5

A well-presented, cosy but good sized apartment close to everything in the CBD. Kirstin was prompt to reply to emails and was very accommodating with arrival times etc and easy to deal with. We had a toddler with us so a porta-cot was provided along with bedding (but note the port-a-cot did not have a mattress insert).

We appreciated the small but functional kitchen and washer and dryer. Only small issue was the second bedroom has a glass front that allows the light in the rest of the apartment in - this is not great for people with different sleeping patterns.

Great city centre location!

  • 5 of 5

Stayed in Honey Apartment 2 with 3 other mates for 2 weeks.

The location is perfect for walking around CBD. Great cafes & restaurants within a 2 minute walk, plus many many more as you walk out in any direction.

Apartment was clean on arrival and supplied with towels and there's a washing machine and tumble dryer too.

Would stay here again and definitely recommend. Thanks!

Great Place To Stay in Melbourne CBD

  • 5 of 5

Kirstin is prompt responding to emails and answering any questions that you have. The apartment was neat and clean and easy to get to using public transportation from the airport. The secure access to the building was a very nice plus in addition to being walking distance to the train, tram, restaurants and market. I'd definitely stay there again. My son and I totally enjoyed our stay.
