PLEASE NOTE: If you intend to have parties or large groups whilst staying at this house please do not book with us as this is not a party house.

Spread over two levels to ensure privacy and comfort, features include:


- Master Bedroom with Queen size bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, ensuite, walk in wardrobe and shoe cupboard. Commercial Linen and Towels provided.

- Bedroom 2 with 2 x Single beds plus Portacot in Cupboard, air conditioning, Ceiling fan, built in wardrobe. Commercial linen and towels provided.

- Open plan Kitchen, lounge/dining with air conditioning and ceiling fan.

- Dedicated study off living with plenty of storage and printer for use.

- Balcony with city views, pull down blinds for shade and privacy if required.


- Bedroom 3 with Queen bed, built in wardrobe, fan. All linen provided.

- 2nd Lounge room with air conditioning, kitchenette, additional TV.

- 2nd Bathroom and laundry with washing machine and dryer.

- Shaded Courtyard with dining suite and kids cubby.

- Parking - 2 x undercover open but secure garage.

All linen and towels provided for the amount of guests booked for.

Perfectly located, and within walking distance to the James Street entertainment hub, Emporium precinct, the newly opened Gasworks Plaza, you will love the abundance of entertainment, shopping, and dining options surrounding you.

Only minutes away from transport, and a few kilometres to Brisbane's CBD, and major arterials, you will enjoy all that this vibrant area has to offer.


We take house rules very seriously, therefore please ensure you read and understand them:


Parties are strictly prohibited. Please be mindful of our neighbours and keep music and noise to an acceptable level and timeframe. We will immediately respond to any complaints that may arise. This is not a party house.


Anti-social behaviour and Illegal activity conducted at the house will not be tolerated under any circumstances. If there are any incidents that occur as a result all guests will be reported and asked to leave immediately with no refund. If police are called to the house as a result of anti-social behaviour you will be asked to leave immediately with no refund.


The house is charged as per the amount of people you have booked for. If you have additional guests staying other than what you have paid for there is a charge of $20 per person per night. If this has not been arranged and extra bedrooms are used you will be charged the extra amount to cover cleaning and linen. If you have forgotten or have people last minute you can contact us to arrange the extra payment.

This property is only able to accommodate a maximum of 6 guests per stay. Lounges are not suitable nor are permitted to be used as beds.


We take pride in the cleanliness of our house for the benefit of all guests. We keep basic cleaning items and a vacuum at the property for your convenience. If the house is left in a state that requires more than the standard clean an additional cleaning fee will be charged depending on the condition. Things such as severely marked and dirty walls, stains, spillages, severely dirty oven/microwave/fridge. All rubbish must be placed in outside bins as supplied prior to vacating.


Smoking outside courtyard only in ashtrays. Strictly no smoking inside house or on front deck as smoke can come into house. If there is any ash or smoke smells or smoke related damages you will be charged for a full carpet/lounge/curtain cleaning fee.


Missing items will be charged for (we would always contact you first to check if something could be put back in a different spot).


We understand accidents happen, please notify us immediately if there is any damage caused to the house or its contents and we are more than reasonable in coming to an arrangement. If we are not notified we may make a damage claim that would come out of your bond/holding deposit.


If keys and gate fob are not left at property or returned within a timely manner we will be forced to change all locks and keys at the property to ensure security of incoming guests. We will also need to replace and reconfigure garage remote at cost of outgoing guests.


Parking is strictly limited to 2 vehicles in the space provided. Our driveway is shared so we ask that your vehicle is not parked in the way of our lovely neighbours.


Animals and pets are strictly prohibited
