About the property

This garden apartment is in Hall Street, also known as Bondi’s hip strip, and is walking distance to all the action. Enjoy the surf at the world famous Bondi Beach, have a swim and sauna at the Icebergs ocean pool or embark on a scenic coastal walk all the way down to Clovelly. There are also a myriad of restaurants, bars, cafes and shops close by.

The apartment has been recently redecorated and represents beachside chic at its best. It features a new kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave and full-size fridge. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your culinary needs from coffee plungers to cookware. It also features a breakfast bar and dining area.

There is a spacious lounge room with contemporary furniture and a smart TV complete with cable TV. It also has free WiFi. The apartment also has a separate sun room with a daybed that can easily be converted into a temporary bedroom. I will be buying a fold-out couch that folds out to a double bed to replace the daybed before Spring so we will be able to fit up to 6 guests.

The main bedroom has a queen size bed and the second bedroom has a double bed. They both have built-in wardrobes. The apartment has one bathroom with a shower. It’s also equipped with an internal washing machine and dryer. We can also provide a Portacot, high chair and baby bath if required. We are also pet friendly and have hosted many pooches.

The apartment opens onto a lovely deck with a barbecue. After the deck there is a large backyard, a rare asset in Bondi. The deck is an ideal spot for enjoying some vino outdoors and watching the kids let off steam. We have a Portacot available for loan for $20 per stay as well as a high chair and baby bath.

The neighbourhood also has an amazing variety of amenities. There are supermarkets, gourmet delis, health foods, green grocers and liquor stores in easy walking distance as well as hairdressers, beauty salons, nail bars, massage centers and many other services.

The apartment is very convenient to the city. By car it is only 7.2km and a 14 minute drive as long as there is no traffic. It is very convenient for public transport. You can catch a bus right on the corner that will take you to the city centre in 20 minutes. The bus will also take you to Bondi Junction where you can get a train to almost anywhere.

It is located in a small boutique apartment block with a security door and intercom. Both the building and apartment have 24 hour keyless entry. We will also be on hand to help you with anything you need or questions you have from where to get caffeinated, to get surfing lessons or anything else you want to get the inside scoop on.
