So close to the city and just a short trip to the sea, there is plenty of room in this modern contemporary 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home (plus a powder room with 3rd loo). All you could want for a great stay in Adelaide. Quality accommodation for up to 6 people, with room for an extra toddler.

The Avenue is only 200 metres to bus stops or 700 metres to the Tram stop to take you to the city (and beyond) or to Glenelg beach. It is also only 400 metres to fast food outlets and less than 1.7kms to The Farmers Market, Unley Swimming Centre, Ashford Hospital, Centro Shopping Centre, Goodwood Railway Station, the Goodwood Hotel, and cafes. A playground and park (with a Free Stainless Steel BBQ) is less than 50 metres away.

All the bedheads in The Avenue have been designed and made by Melbourne Designer, Industrial Punk. Steve Hermans at Industrial Punk specialises in Café décor art pieces.

Cancellation Policy: All money paid, other than the bond, is forfeited unless we are able to relet the dates. If the dates are relet, then only a $100 admin fee will be charged. If partly relet then the amount paid will be proportionately refunded less the $100 admin fee. If you need to cancel please let us know as soon as possible. The more time we have, the better chance of reletting.Payments made through Stayz online bookings are subject to Stayz cancellation policy.

We really enjoyed our stay, The Avenue has everything you could need for a great stay. It's in a great location that's a short drive to shops and the city and it's only a short walk to bus and tram stations. There's a lovely park almost next door which our son loved. We're hoping to get back there again and will definitely recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at "The Avenue," recently. We stayed as a family of four. The house was immaculately presented and very well equipped which made our stay at lot more comfortable. The property was was positioned with easy access to public transport and major roads.

Our family certainly did not not regret staying at The Avenue! It's a well-maintained, clean and modern property that is conveniently located in an inner city suburb and a great base to explore Adelaide. Being only a 7-8 min walk to the tram stop was a bonus. The property had all the amenities to make it a very comfortable stay. Helen and Peter have made a great effort in creating a homely feel. I'd highly recommend this property to any family or couples visiting Adelaide.
