Each apartment boasts three double bedrooms, the master has a queen size bed, ensuite, walk-in robe and personal safe. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third bedroom has two single beds, both have built-in robes. Open Plan living with functional kitchen, dining and lounge with direct access to the large balcony with BBQ.

Ground level allows access into the apartment, and boasts a large lock-up garage with remote roller door, Tasman Beachside is the only accommodation in the Port Lincoln CBD that boasts full lockup garaging. Downstairs also includes laundry with washing machine and dryer.
