Elm House is an elegant, fully furnished, two bedroom, one bathroom, Victorian home adjacent to the cafes, restaurants and village vibe of Beatty Avenue. Conveniently located close to Toorak station, with tram and bus options also close by, you are literally a 10 minute ride from all the festivals, exhibitions, concerts and sporting events that Melbourne city centre has to offer. Closer to home you can enjoy the delights of High Street Armadale, Hawksburn or Toorak Villages and Chapel St.

In addition to the brilliant location this stunning home features two double bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and the other a split king, each with built in robes, 1000+ count linen, ornamental fireplaces and plantation shutters. The beautiful arched hallway leads to a central living space with its own ornamental fireplace, flat screen TV, DVD player, stereo and two large, comfortable couches and plantation shutters. The bright, fully equipped, eat in kitchen features a harvest table that comfortably seats six and extends to eight, European appliances including dishwasher and flows to the backdrop, a north facing, rear courtyard that provides leafy privacy and off street parking. This outside space is matched by the equally attractive and private front courtyard. The well lit bathroom has a modern shower, single vanity and plenty of storage in the mirrored cupboards. The home is also equipped with a washing machine and separate dryer for your convenience. Heating and cooling enchances each of these engaging rooms.

Close by, Cafe Amalia is happy to arrange breakfast or lunch "room service", during opening hours or you can place an order for any of their delicious take home meals for dinner.

This home is perfect for both city breaks or longer stays. It would suit families or couples. A portable cot, high chair and baby bath can be provided by request, however you will need to supply your own bedding for the cot.
