1) All bookings require a $300 deposit and the balance with due at least 1 week prior to arrival.
2) This deposit is taken off the full total accommodation charge.
3) We require a copy of a credit card (front & back) which is held as security in case damage is made, this is destroyed once our cleaners have cleaned and checked the property and reported no damage.
4) Cancellations within 7 days of your check-in date will incur a cancellation fee of $300 (i.e. forfeiture of the deposit)
5) Smoking is not permitted inside however there are private front and rear courtyards with seating available (please use ashtrays provided).
6) No Party's - noise complaints may risk loss of security deposit
