Sandy Toes is a comfortable 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom fully pet friendly beach house only 2 minutes walk from the glorious white sands of Callala Beach within Jervis Bay. It accommodates up to 9 guests and is situated in a quiet street that takes you to the beach in just 2 minutes - so close you can hear the waves crash from the house!

Callala Beach is one of the most scenic beaches in Jervis Bay. Being inside the bay, there are no rough waves or strong currents so it’s also perfect for children. have a BBQ in the spacious garden on summer nights, or cosy up and watch a selection of movies on a winter weekend. Sandy Toes Beach House is the perfect getaway all year round.

Living Room: L shaped living area with featuring large windows letting in plenty of light. Contains split system air conditioning and 50" Smart TV. There is also a selection of board games. There is a lovely day bed where you can relax and read a book or have a lazy afternoon nap. Sleeps 1.

Bedroom 1: contains a comfortable queen bed and has a built-in wardrobe. Fan and heather provided. Sleeps 2. Portacot for little ones.

Bedroom 2: contains a comfortable double bed and looks out onto the garden. Drawers for storage. Fan and heater provided. Sleeps 2.

Bedroom 3: contains two sets of bunk beds. Built-in wardrobe, fan and heater provided. Portacot. Sleeps 4.

Kitchen: Recently renovated modern kitchen. Fridge freezer, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, cutlery and crockery, cooking utensils.

Main bathroom: Combined shower and bath. Separate toilet adjacent to laundry to prevent those morning bathroom queues.

Dining: there is a dining table that seats 6 in the dining room off of the kitchen. Additional 32" TV in the dining area. High chair for little guests.

Laundry: washing machine, tumble dryer, iron & ironing board, vacuum cleaner, mops, brushes & detergents.

Outside: Covered outdoor area and BBQ facilities. Large backyard, fully fenced (please note front fence is approx 1.2m high so large dogs and those capable of jumping should be supervised). Outdoor table seats 6. Cold water outdoor shower to wash the sand away!

Parking: There is a enough space for a boat and three cars.

- BYO linen or we can supply it at a cost of $30 per bed, Towels $30 for a pack of 6

- Unlike many other properties there is NO cleaning fee

Not what was advertised!

The house was old and dirty. We ended up cleaning it when we first got there. Bathroom was mouldy and the blankets smelt.

Wouldn't recommend.

Owner's Response: For the benefit of potential guests reading this “review” of Sandy Toes (which has received only 5 star reviews up to now) we would like to point out several facts to consider when judging the review’s validity: • These guests asked to cancel and receive a refund 2 days prior to check-in (during peak season). This was denied as it is against the booking terms and conditions that they had agreed to. • Prior to this review, the property had received 25 reviews with 100% 5 stars in all categories of quality, location, cleanliness and comfort. These guests rated the property 1 star for quality, location, cleanliness and comfort. • We are a professional management company and all properties are professionally cleaned on the day that guests depart. This property was fully cleaned between 10am and 2pm on the day of the guest’s arrival. • The guest did not contact us at any time during their stay to advise of us of any issues regarding the property. • To describe the property as “Old” is factually incorrect as the property was fully renovated 1 year ago. • To say the property was “not as advertised” is also factually incorrect. Our Stayz listing fully details every feature in the property and the photos were taken only 3 months ago. The guests were also supplied with a video of the property (filmed 3 months ago) prior to their stay. Sandy Toes is a 5 star property and we stand by the previous wonderful reviews where it has been described as the “perfect holiday house”.

The place was perfect for a holiday beach house. Everything was nice and clean and found everything we needed. Property manager was very quick to reply and accommodate to our needs.

Lovely break away

We stayed 3 nights at Sandy Toes. It was a lovely, comfortable house. It's close enough to the beach to go back and forth whenever we wanted.

The only thing we wished for was ceiling fans. It was quite humid - the aircon was lovely, but in the loungeroom.

The kids loved the bunk beds.

We are situated in a very quiet town with a couple of restaurants, however Callala Bay has a selection of shops including supermarket only a 5 min drive away.
