The SALT 4 apartment have been designed and dedicated to boutique living and effortless entertaining, and have also been professionally decorated by Coco Republic.

Each apartment features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, ducted air conditioning and ocean views.

Enjoy the facilities such as the 17 metre lap pool that's heated from September to May. You would be forgiven for thinking you were at a resort.

The stunning shared rooftop terrace has 180° degree ocean views spanning from Wamberal headland to Terrigal skillion. The terrace is complete with a large entertainment area and shared BBQ.

Salt Apartment 4 features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, ducted air conditioning and ocean views.

LOCATION
SALT is only 250 metres from Wamberal patrolled beach and only a short walk to Terrigal’s boutique shops, trendy cafes and fine restaurants. The lotus café is located 100m from SALT where you can get your morning coffee and go for a walk on the beach. Other cafes close bye is the Wamberal Point Café which is located on Wamberal beach and options for dinner just around the corner is SAPA (modern Vietnamese). For families the Wamberal Breakers club is a great option with an outdoor kids play area and great meals. This is located on Dover Rd which is only two minutes up the road from SALT. Otherwise venture into Terrigal for an array of options such as Mexican, Tapas, Thai, Italian and more.

NOISE AND BEHAVIOUR
Please note our properties are designed specifically for larger groups, however they are not party houses.

The guests agrees to:

- Have no more than the agreed upon number of occupants at the house.
- Not have any party, event or function
- Please note the 30-year age minimum required on all adult bookings, unless otherwise approved. (We do accept family style bookings, corporate/ retreats and minors are welcome at all our properties)
- The lead guest is responsible for the group conduct – we ask that everyone abides by local laws and rules including conducting themselves in a manner which is not a nuisance to neighbours.
- POOL HOURS: MONDAY - SUNDAY 8AM - 10PM

Noise

- You are welcome to use a speaker ‘UE Boom 3’ size or similar at the property at a reasonable level. We work on a one warning basis, so if there are neighbour complaints, we will ask you to turn this off.
- QUIET HOURS: Between 10pm and 7am, no speaker is permitted between these times.
- DJS are not permitted onsite at any time.
- Security does monitor the property and can be called for an undue noise complaint – please note this is a $250 call out fee each time if they do need to attend.

Excellent family getaway. We stayed with 2 adults, a 7, 5 and 6 month old for 8 nights. The apartment itself is a destination so you will enjoy your time regardless of the weather. Very spacious. Luxurious enough to feel like you’re on holidays, but practical and functional enough to not stress that your kids will break something! Kitchen has everything you need. All kitchen cookware is high quality. No crappy pota and pans to deal with! Very high tech, everything connecting to google which has its pros and cons. Bit of a learning curve with operating lights, blinds, air con, and tv. Several streaming channels and 3 tvs! The best part are the views of the ocean from The living areas and the huge balcony with bbq area, seating and dining table. Very close to beach, however up on a pretty steep hill So it’s a bit of a mission to walk it with children, even on your own it’s a bit of a hard slog back up from the beach, we ended up just driving down in the car, plenty of beach parking. The pool is also amazing. Not busy so often no one else in it. We cooked and ate at home Mostly due to working around baby and just because of ease with the kids but Still felt like we had a super relaxing holiday in spite of this as the apartment had the most amazing views which make all your domestic duties much more inspiring. Very nice area. Quiet and relaxed. Only 5-10 mins from Terrigal where there is a lot more action. We would definitely recommend this place and would gladly go back.

Amazing!
Our stay was just beautiful. We happened to arrive when a lovely gentleman assisted me with the check in process and gave us a run down of the Apartment and car parking.I assumed the Owner. The Apartment was easily accessible for my Father who is not very mobile. The size of the Apartment was perfect for 7 persons. The kids loved the technology of lights, blinds, heating etc. A perfect distance to the beach, the Breakers Club and Terrigal. Great Views, great entertaining area and it was just what we all needed. We will definitely be back! Thank you Team!

OMG you walk through the front door and what you see online is what you get, great view, furnished stylishly and spotlessly Only a 5 min drive or 30 min walk into Terrigal and only a short drive other beaches and walks in the area. Only 10 mins to Toowoon Bay a great beach for kids. A few great eating places to walk to or lots to chose from in Terrigal. Enjoy a game of lawn bowls at the local bowling club, lots of fun and make sure you challenge yourself and walk around the boardwalk and up to the lookout at the top of the hill.
