Position! Position! Position! This trendy reverse cycle Air-conditioned 2 x Queen Bedroom Beach Pad has it all. In fact, there's really no need to bring a car (although a rolladoor Garage is yours also) with this single-storey Unit's position right on the Cafe Strip of Jetty Road.

Eateries abound and Baristas await with fine dining or casual so close and Brighton's pristine Beach at the end of the road.

And close by, there's everything you will want for either an active or relaxing holiday at the seaside.

The open plan Living Area has comfy Sofas and a large wall mounted, flat screen Television plus DVD Player.

A new fully equipped Kitchen has a black glass Cooktop and full Oven, Microwave, decent sized Refrigerator, Breakfast Bar, and all the small Appliances, Crockery & Cutlery, Cooking Equipment etc. you will need.

The Main Bedroom has a King sized Bed, plus personal TV and built-in 'Robes.

A second Queen Bedroom has a Study Nook with Desk & Chair, so you can bring your Laptop (please bring your own Internet plug-in).

A full Bath, separate Shower, Vanity Unit and Toilet offer a relaxing soak after a hard day at the Beach.

And there's a separate, private Laundry with Washer, Laundry Sink and Clothes Line for those sandy togs.

Beyond the Front Gate is an intimate lawned Courtyard, with a magnificent Gardenia Bush to perfume your outdoors, when in flower.

The Electric Train Station and Bus Terminus are within easy walking distance, and the excellent Train Service can deliver you effortlessly to the City of Adelaide in 20 minutes. Or, to the Westfield Marion Shopping Centre and the S.A. Aquatic & Leisure Centre in 10.

Marion Shopping Centre has over 400 shops plus a Megaplex of Cinemas including Gold Pass, to eat and watch your chosen Movie in style.

The SA Aquatic & Leisure Centre has Aqua Splash and Waterslides galore to delight the kids, plus a Gymnasium and Olympic grade Pools for those who take their exercise seriously.

The local Council has planned and laid many bicycle tracks and paths, in keeping with it's involvement in the Tour Down Under.

On the Esplanade foreshore, a lawned Childrens' Playground sits alongside the home of the Brighton Surf Lifesaving Club, from whence dedicated boys and girls patrol Brighton Beach in the summer. We can be very proud of this award-winning club, where guests are welcome. Brighton Beach feeds off St. Vincent Gulf, so any surf is of the gentle variety, safe for familly activities.

If it's a more recuperative stay you seek, then the Brighton Lending Library is just a couple of doors away from your Holiday Pad.

A glass of Wine, a special Beer or some Cheese to go with the book? Then it's a short walk to the local Brighton Shopping Centre's award winning Cellarbrations Wine Shop. This complex has an excellent Foodland Superfresh Supermarket, Fresh Fish Shop, Chemist, Hairdresser, Travel Agency, Jeweller, Greengrocer, Newsagency, Florist and Chicken/Pizza Shops.

There are great Heysen Walking Trails at Brighton South, and the next beach along, Seacliff, has a Sailing Club, new Surf Club and a Stand Up Paddling Tuition/Gear Hire facility.

8 minutes drive North is tourism-oriented Glenelg, with further boutique shops and attractions, such as "Swim with the Dolphins", in season.

So, it's your choice to "chill out" and relax or to be as active as you wish on holiday!
