This is the perfect apartment for a family vacation. With its spacious Bedrooms, this Apartment can accommodate up to 7 people. Our retro beachside apartment is Fully Equipped with Kitchen, Laundry, Dining room, Living Room, Bathroom and 3 Bedrooms and lock up Garage.

In the morning take a walk to the headland to watch the magnificent sunrise. Take a short 5 minute stroll into the James Street precinct for coffee or a meal from one of the many fabulous cafes on offer. Stroll across The Esplanade 50m to catch a wave or enjoy a refreshing dip in the patrolled and flagged surf area.

If you fancy a scenic walk, take the Esplanade trail up to the national park headland and around to Tallebugera. The views are spectacular and not to be missed. Alternatively excercize on your doorstep on The Esplanade using the exercize equipment with a view.

Aldi, Coles and Woolworths are conveniently located within 10 minutes walking distance or a 2 min drive away if you have a car.

Burleigh is central on the Gold Coast with Surfers Paradise to the North and the airport and Coolangatta to the South. Conrad Jupiters Casino, golf courses and the refurbished Pacific Fair shopping precinct are all just a short drive away.

Prices are based on a minimum occupancy of 4 Guests. Additional guests are charged at $25 per person per night.

Accommodation consists of 3 bedrooms sleeping a maximum of 8 guests. All bedrooms contain large built in wardrobes. Bedrooms 1 and 3 have air-conditioning/heating. Bed linen, Hand towels, Bath Towels are provided.

RATES INCLUDE bed linen, bath towels and cleaning. We also provide small starter supplies of shampoo, conditioner, soap, dishwashing detergent to get you through your first night until you can do your shopping. In the kitchen you will find a small starter supply of milk, tea, coffee and sugar to refresh you upon your arrival.

We also provide at NO EXTRA COST a port-a-cot, high chair, booster seat, baby gate for bedroom 3, pram, toys, beach toys, 2 boogie boards, beach toys, childrens and adults DVD's and books. We do not supply linen for port-a-cot.


Under cover secure lock up Garage with remote control (VERY LOW CLEARANCE as the building is 1970's vintage). Ample street parking also available along The Esplanade (free)



The iconic Burleigh heads is centrally located and offers many activities, including; swimming, surfing, body boarding, kayaking, water sports and beachside and National Park walks.

We’re also close to exciting shopping, cultural activities, cinemas, restaurants, bars and cafes.

Only 30 mins drive away you’ll find Theme Parks (Seaworld, Dreamworld, Wet n Wild and Movieworld). There is also plenty adventure activities, tours, cruises and kilometers of golden sandy beaches to explore.

There are plenty of cafes to choose from as well as famous fine dining venues such as "Fish House" and "Oscars". The Burleigh food scene caters to a wide range of dietary requirements - there is something for everyone! Markets abound and are walking distance from the Apartment. You will find an extensive list of Markets in the Compendium at the Apartment.

Coles and Aldi are located on The Gold Coast Highway only 10 mins walk North, and Woolworths located in the hub of Burleigh shopping district only 10 mins walk South to the centre.


We are situated off the Gold Coast Highway between 4th and 3rd Avenues. We are located 15 minutes north of Coolangatta AIRPORT and an hour south of Brisbane AIRPORT. We’re just 15 minutes from Robina TRAIN Station.


Our Apartment is available for short term rental. Please enquire if you wish to have an extended stay. The quieter winter months are the best for short term rental as there is generally more availability. Please get in quick at the beginning of the year to avoid disappointment.

Beautiful Breezy

We stayed at Teenamara units over the 2016/17 New Year Holiday period and loved every moment. With everything for the kids from dvd's , reading and colouring books and Burleigh beach just 100 meters away. And everything for the adults from the well stocked kitchen, heaps of wine/beer glasses and Burleigh beach 100 metres away.

Large comfortable rooms and beds and essential a/c in 2 of the rooms. We had the balcony door opened whenever we were home and the breeze was fantastic.

Burleigh centre about 12 minute walk and highly recommend Jimmy Wahs[Vietnamese], Hellenika[Greek, as recommended in the guest book] and Commune cafe for breakfast.

Worse thing was having to leave, would recommend and love to come back.

Fantastic Place to Stay

We stayed here for 3 months between selling and buying a house and had an awesome time.

We had a lot of stuff with us and the owners were extremely accommodating allowing plenty of storage space for our surfboards and bikes and were happy to negotiate what we thought was a fantastic price for a long stay.

The unit is very spacious and has everything you need and you cant beat being right on the beach in Burleigh and a short walk to James St and the point at one end and North Burleigh at the other.

With plenty of space for a family, access to plenty of parking for an extra car, we'll definitely be recommending this unit to all our friends and family coming to stay

Beach bliss

Great with kids
