City Breeze, a private oasis, this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhouse is walking distance to the beach and South Melbourne Market and minutes to the city centre. Set at the rear so that peace and quiet complements light filled space, this near new two bedroom townhouse is a hidden treasure perfect for two couples, executive accommodation, family stay or a friends group.

Stroll to the beach or South Melbourne market and reach the city centre within minutes from nearby public transport. Pets are welcome.

The smartly designed ground floor offers a bright open plan living/dining with floor to ceiling glass doors opening to an enclosed outdoor deck, with BBQ. A spacious fully equipped kitchen with ample storage. The dining and lounge areas comfortably seat six people and you can relax on the leather sofas in front of the LCD TV. A compact European laundry is hidden under the stairs.

Two first floor bedrooms each enjoy supremely comfortable king bed or two single beds with ample storage in both rooms. The master is complemented by an en suite bathroom with shower over bath and private balcony. A good sized second bathroom complete the upstairs configuration. This light, bright and sunny townhouse is air-conditioned/heated throughout, ceiling fans in bedrooms and comes with a lock up garage for one vehicle. As well as plenty of free on street parking.

The house has been filled with everything you need for your stay, toys, books, games . As well as baby needs cot, change table, bath and high chair. I also supply a full food hamper for each stay to help you get started as well as house hold consumables though out the house. All Linen and towels are supplied also.

This house is centrally located between the city and the beach. It is within walking distance to major shopping strips, eateries, art galleries, markets, wine bars, off leash dog walking parks/beaches, MSAC, children’s parks and Albert Park Lake. The house was custom built in 2010. It is well insulated which means it is cool in summer and warm in winter. All rooms have split heating cooling, Bedrooms with ceiling fans and plenty of natural sunlight.

This really is the perfect South Melbourne self contained accommodation – home away from home – so close to all that Melbourne has to offer.
