Remodeled 4 bedroom, 2 bath house in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale. The master bedroom has a king bed and bathroom in-suite. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed. Bedroom 3 has 2 full beds while the remaining bedroom contains a bunk bed that has a fill bed on bottom and twin bed on top. Also there is an additional full bed in 4th bedroom. Great Room has a large comfy section and Smart TV. Kitchen is fully stocked and has a large farmhouse table to fit everyone for meals or games.

PRIME OLD TOWN SCOTTSDALE LOCATION. The backyard is well landscaped and has a large covered patio with beautiful brick wood burning fire place. Brand new 2019 built HEATED pool that features a Baja step so you can relax and lounge in the water. Also a hot tub has added to the property. Solar Tiki torches create the perfect evening atmosphere. Gas BBQ. Enjoy and easy walk or 3 minute uber to Old Town. Close to great restaurants , bars, shopping, hiking, parks and great golf courses and Spring Training

FYI - There are ring security camera located at the front door of the house. Also there is a $50/night fee to heat pool

Toilets Leaked

Hot tub had way too many chemicals in water. Burned our skin. Did fix the 2nd day. Toilets were both leaking and we could see prior water stains on mop boards. Owner called the plumber and then said that this had never happened and said that we would be charged for the plumber. We had to vacate and move to hotel!!!

Golf get away

House was great. Had plenty of room for 4 male adults on our golf trip. House was centrally located for golf course and a short drive to Old Scottsdale. Hot tub was great for the cool nights we had while we were there.
