As we explore a bit further from the apartment, its easy to see that this location is perfect. The nearest train station is only 250 metres away (Perth Underground on Murray Street). The Rottnest island ferry is only about 1 kilometre away and North Bridge (the nightclub district) is also only 1 kilometre. The Perth cultural centre, where you will find the art gallery, library and museum, as well as travelling festivals all year round, is only 1 kilometre. There really is everything you need only walking distance away. Right outside your front door there is a CAT (Perth's free inner city bus service) stop that can take you anywhere you want to go.
This perfectly located apartment features two spacious bedrooms with a queen size bed in each. Washer, dryer, ironing board, iron and everything you may need to make your stay comfortable. If there is anything not there, just give me a call and I will do my best to get it for you. The apartment is air-conditioned and also has a spacious balcony with an outdoor dining setting so you can enjoy the Perth sunset before a night out. The apartment complex is 100% secure with the lobby and lift requiring swipe card access.
There is also a TV in the living room with a comfortable couch that is big enough to fall asleep on. The kitchen is fully featured with everything you will need. It really is like a home away from home. Please note that parking is not included with this apartment. But that wont be a problem, because of the perfect location, a car will not be needed. Please bear in mind that this building is 100% non-smoking and also a residential building. Please show just respect to other tenants while staying.
