Funky style house with , organic vegi garden , beautiful large sub-tropical garden with secluded private BBQ area in quiet peaceful street , only 10 mins walk to Mullumbimby , a lovely corner of Byron Shire , 10 mins drive to Brunswick Heads and 20 mins to Byron Bay beaches. Tranquil hideaway!

Great views of Mount Chincogan from the north side deck , 1/2 acre of beautiful sub- tropical gardens all within walking distance of this vibrant town . From september the garden is full of flowers and very colourful !

A lovely peaceful place to chill out and enjoy the Byron experience without the traffic and noise . Only 20 mins drive to Byron bay and 10 mins to the quaint coastal town of Brunswick Heads

Upstairs is a large loft room with a comfortable queen size bed and stereo . Downstairs is an open plan living room , kitchen with gas cooking , a double bedroom opening onto the deck with views of Mount Chincogan and bathroom , separate toilet. There is also a single bed in the living room for extra space if needed. Laundry and clothes line at back of house. Timber floors in all areas except the downstairs bedroom which is carpeted .

Mullumbimby has great cafes and is close to all the major attractions of Byron shire .Every Friday there is a Farmers Market with great food , music and fresh local produce - this is located at the Showgrounds , only 5 minutes walk away !

For anyone seeking a quiet area close to town with a lovely garden this would be ideal. The area is peaceful and has many nice walks close by , including Minyon Falls ( 1/2 hour drive ) , the famous North Coast markets and Mount Warning .

There is a table tennis table with equipment provided.

Parking is in the driveway . Mullumbimby is only 30 mins from Gold coast airport , if I am here i could possibly pick up from the airport by arrangement.

This is a quiet residential area and I have lovely neighbours , please be respectful and i am sure you will enjoy staying here in this beautiful part of the world.

I would require a $ 300 returnable deposit .

Guest Access

One of the 2 downstairs bedrooms will be locked as i will be using it for storage

Interaction with Guests

I will be here to welcome guests whenever possible . When I am not available I will arrange for someone else to show guests around and answer any questions

The Neighbourhood

This is a lovely peaceful area to live in yet still very close to the attractions of Mullumbimby . There is a weekly Farmers Market with Great live music , delicous food and fresh local produce - a great way to experience Mullumbimby life with all its colour and vibrancy ! Its on at the Showgrounds every Friday morning 7 am - 11 am and is only a 5 minute stroll away !

For a great Byron experience without the hassle of parking and noisy party goers this is a quiet place to really relax and chill out yet still only 20 mins drive to Byron beaches .

Public transport is limited , best to have a car to explore the area.

Other Things to Note

This is an open plan house so would suit a couple or small family . Please note it is not suitable for children under 5 as there is a small creek flowing through the property which is not fenced . I have a single bed in living room + spare single mattress for extra beds There is a small studio next to the house occupied by 1 quiet friend of mine , he is out at work most days . Minimum stay 1 week. I will provide 1 large box of firewood , enough for 3 or 4 evenings . if more is required i can supply for an additional charge of $ 50 . Heater in downstairs bedroom. Flatscreen tv , dvd and wireless internet available
