The location is perfect - at the end of a quiet, private court and only 5 minutes easy walk to town.
Park the car and walk to the Water Park, the Bright Brewery and all the restaurants. Once you arrive leave the car at home and just walk everywhere.
The Ovens River and its miles of riverside walks are at the end of the street.
The 92 kms of bike trail starts 2 blocks from your front door

Council regulation limit the number of pets to two (unless they are teensy – ring to enquire).
Please note - pets cannot be left alone for long periods - maximum 3 hours. If you plan on going out for longer they must go with you. We do have a doggysitter who come to the house - you pay directly.

RATES:
There are 2 ways to take Tessies - as a 3 bedroom/2 bathroom option sleeping up to 6 guests or as a 4 bedroom/3 bathroom option (utilising Tessies Studio) sleeping up to 8 guests
For the 3 bedroom Tessies House option the rates are all inclusive for 6 guests
For more than 6 guests Tessies Studio will also need to be booked. This is listed separately on this site and on our own site. Tessies Studio rates start at about $225 per night
Pets $75 per pet per stay (not per night) - maximum 2 pets if large
Please Note - all bookings through this site incur an additional Stayz booking fee of $30 per night plus any other Stayz charges

Minimum stay:
Minimum stays are usually 2 nights for midweek and 3 nights for weekends with exceptions for some peak times e.g.
School Holidays/April/Melbourne Cup/Easter, etc may have longer minimum stays
Christmas fortnight is by negotiation depending on what’s left – could be 3 nights, could be 7 nights – ring Holidaybright Official Site to enquire
CANCELLATIONS:
Covid
If a booking is made for a period affected by travel restrictions due to Covid19 a credit note to the value of the amount received by us from Stayz will be given to go towards a future holiday. This credit will not have an expiry date.
Otherwise, for all other bookings, this site has a No Refund policy. We recommend Travel Insurance if you are in doubt - there are many online companies.
