We were looking for a getaway style weekend and this place was ideal. Jill the owner met us on arrival and showed us the apartment, explained where everything was and outlined the local bus service. We found the apartment to be as described in the listing. It is very close to the beach and the bus stop is at the end of the street. It is a short stroll to many cafes for breakfast and fine dining options for dinner. Off street parking is a great bonus and we were able to leave the car and use the local bus to go up to Mosman for shopping & the cinema. Although the property does not have a kitchen, who wants to cook anyway, there is sufficient crockery, glasses etc to be able to sit down with takeaway and be very comfortable. There is a bar fridge which is ample for wines, cheese etc. There is both an indoor & outdoor dining setting and we used both. Towels and linen were good quality and the bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows. Jill was very unobtrusive so we felt quite private, however she was just next door if needed. WiFi was free. It was a great to still be in Sydney but with an away from it all holiday feeling, all in all a nice battery charging weekend.
