With all at your doorstep, Sea J's is an oasis: secure, private & comfortable amidst shops and restaurants and an easy stroll to Brighton beach.

Enjoy your fully furnished and equipped kitchen, dining, lounge, family, study, 2 bathrooms, laundry & up to 4 bedrooms. All linen supplied.

Sea J's - Brighton is a four bedroom house with secure parking for 2 cars, plus street parking outside. However, there is absolutely no need to have a car as public transport via bus, train and cab are at your doorstep, ensuring a restful holiday. Walking is more than feasible - to the beach, Jetty Rd cafe precinct, Marion Shopping Centre (Westfield), SA Aquatic & Leisure Centre and Glenelg holiday destination.

Bedroom 1 features a king bed and en suite with bath and bidet, huge walk-in wardrobe and TV.

Bedroom 2 features private access to the alfresco BBQ area, a queen bed and 2 clothes hanging spaces.

Bedroom 3 is very large and contains a queen bed, TV, large wardrobe and a seating area with lounge.

Bedroom 4 is equipped for children and has a bunk bed, games and toys.

The study features a desk, drawers, office chair and a lamp for your convenience.

The kitchen has a second sitting area/family room and is fully equipped for any great (or not-so-great) culinary needs.

The laundry contains a washing machine and dryer, with detergent, pegs, a wash basket and clothes-line directly out the back door. An ironing board and iron are also supplied. Cleaning implements and products are also at your disposal.

The alfresco dining area features a 10 seater timber table and chairs and a gas barbecue and utensils, located in a tranquil courtyard setting.

Guest Access

The whole house is yours! You have access to the 4 bedroom property, with its very private outdoor alfresco area. This is not a shared-house arrangement.

Locked gates ensure up to two vehicles can be parked safely off-street. On street parking is available, with no restrictions.

Paul and Carmel live close by and are available to respond to your call, if you wish.

You will have keys in the lock box, once given the code.

The Neighbourhood

This is a fabulous neighbourhood. Gorgeous Brighton beach is a mere 8 minute walk - amble along to Glenelg to the north or Seacliff to the south or stay put.

Enjoy 2 delightful culinary precincts within a stroll - Brighton and Jetty Roads, featuring a myriad of eating experiences, from family to romantic and intimate.

Go to the beach, play tennis at free tennis courts, bowls, croquet, swim at SA Aquatic & Leisure Centre or the beach or stay in.

Getting Around: Fantastic location, location, location!

Brighton beach and Jetty Rd with its many alfresco dining experiences and the historic Windsor Cinema are an easy 450 mtrs stroll away.

Secure parking for 2 cars or an abundance of public transport options: 160 mtrs to bus stops, 426 mtrs to Hove train station (with a 26 min journey to central Adelaide).

Supermarket, chemist and local shops all less than 200 mtrs. Two great pubs within 5 mins walk.

Medical facilities: doctors, dentist, physios, massages are all within 500 metres.

A multitude of hairdressers and beauty salons are at your doorstep.

Recreational facilities: skate park, ovals, bowling, tennis, footy, rugby, croquet, lacrosse, cricket and RSL clubs located within blocks.

The SA Aquatic & Leisure Centre is 1.9 km from your door - a very handy place to park yourselves after swim meets.

Local facilities: The Holdfast Council is the local government body and they have a great website, which describes loads of places and events in the area. Brighton library is 250 mtrs away.

For those interested in local history and culture, there are 2 cemeteries and 7 churches of many denominations within walking distance.

Marion Shopping Centre, the largest shopping complex in Adelaide with 330 shops and cinemas including Gold Class cinemas, is approximately 2 kms away.

Taxis are efficient and in very close proximity. Yellow: 13 22 27 , Suburban: 13 10 08, Independent: 13 22 11.
