Our charming 1920's Willoughby home is full of character and space. Short walk to buses to the city and only minutes drive to Sydney Harbour Bridge, Opera House and all other Sydney tourist attractions.The house has 3 large, bright and comfortable bedrooms to accommodate 6 people with a modern well equipped kitchen and 1.5 bathrooms.

Willoughby is a beautiful leafy green suburb on the lower North Shore of Sydney in New South Wales Australia approximately 12kms from Sydney city centre. The house is close to everything! Restaurants, Cafes, Shops, entertainment, beaches, airport, parks, sports, hospitals, etc.....

The house is a California Bungalow and the minute you open the front door you will get a feeling of great space, the central hallway with polished floor boards and picture rails connects the whole house.

In the Sitting room / Office area you can admire the beautiful lead light windows, this room opens to the cosy lounge with comfortable large leather lounges, 50" full HD TV, Blu-ray/DVD player. We also have a large collection of movies and TV series available for you to enjoy.

All 3 Bedrooms are large rooms with high ceilings, we have styled them with very comfortable wooden queen size sleigh beds and beautiful bed linen and crispy white sheets.

The main bathroom is sunny, light and airy. Victorian styled with white and green border tiles, it contains a shower over the bath tub, pedestal hand basin and a toilet. Fluffy white towels (bath towel, hand towel, face washer and floor mat) and toiletries (soap, shampoo and conditioner) are included during your stay. The house also has a laundry with a washing machine and dryer, this room also contains the second toilet.

At the end of the house you will find the sunroom which overlooks the large backyard. The sunroom has a large wooden dining table which can sit up to eight people, in this room we also some lounges for relaxation time.

In the backyard the is a large Oat tree which dominates the back area with its green leaves provides lots of shade in the spring and summer, great for sitting under and having coffee or lunch under the tree.

Off street parking is available for three cars.

The house has central heating for the winter months.

Minimun stay is one week.

NOTE: We do not accept bookings more than 4 months in advance.

At the time of enquiring please provide us with some information about yourself, details about the purpose of your trip and the people that will the staying at the house to avoid your booking request being rejected.

At the time of booking we will request that you send us a photograph of yourself showing your full face.

House Rules

No Smoking is allowed in the property.

Pets are not allowed in the property.

Parties & Functions are not permitted. Disturbances to our neighbours including excessive noise is prohibited.

The garage is off limits to Guests.

Guests must pay for any damages or losses to the property.

The fire places are decorative only and not to be used.

The number of Guests (include all adults and children staying at the property) should not exceed the Guests stated by the Guest on the booking.

Personal Liability - it is the Guests' responsibility for their own safety and welfare and the owners are not liable for any harm caused to Guests' welfare while at the property.

The property should be left in a similar state ti it's condition on arrival.

Cancellation Policy

For a 50% refund, cancellation must be made 7 full days prior to listing's local check in time (3:00 PM if not specified) on the day of check in, otherwise no refund.

If the Guest cancels less than 7 days in advance, the nights not spent are not refunded.

If the Guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent are not refunded.
