Zizz is a architect designed 1 bed apartment overlooking Greville Street with a sunny North facing balcony with top City views, 3m high concrete ceilings, entertainer’s integrated kitchen with stone top island bench, all stylishly decorated and decked out with designer furniture.

The location is unbeatable, right on Greville Street and within 2 minutes walk of Chapel Street and the Prahran Train Station is located at the Porter Street entrance of the apartment (8min train to the City).

The apartment is in a boutique block recently transformed from the iconic Station Hotel, keeping the beautiful facade. The Station Hotel was once a famous music venue in the 70's where it played host to ACDC, Skyhooks and Cold Chisel to name a few. Downstairs there are coffee shop, convenience store and restaurants.

Located in the centre of Prahran and Chapel Street you are spoiled for choice with restaurants, cafes, bars and shopping. There is the Prahran Market and Supermarkets all located 200meters away also.

With everything you need this accommodation is perfect for longer stays or executive let also and any stay over 30 days receives a 15% discount.

Online booking is set up for credit card payment but you are welcome to use bank transfer if you prefer just make on your enquiry.

Excellent property

We would highly recommend The Zizz. We spent nearly three weeks there in March/April while visiting our daughter in Prahran. It is a very comfortable, well-appointed apartment with a great view from the balcony over the roof tops to the CBD. The bathroom is excellent (great shower) as is the double bed.

It is perfectly located for getting the train into the centre or a tram. It does face onto Greville Street which is full of cafes and restaurants (try Chez Oliver – excellent French restaurant) but it can be a bit rowdy on weekend evenings. However, the double glazing is effective in cutting out the noise.

Awesome location! Perfect Melbourne accomodation

Fantastically located right near Chapel St South Yarra precintvand Windsor. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back. Greville St is gorgeous (we did have to over look the road works but they were only during the day and look like they will be furnishing very soon). We also headed to College Lawn Hotel for trivia night on Wednesday night which was a great way to finish off our spring carnival trip. The owner of the property was very easy to communicate with and made our stay very easy.

Perfect location, comfy and contemporary

Girlfriend and I stayed at the Zizz for 5 nights in JAN 2016. Upon arrival we were immediately impressed with how new and modern everything was. Beautiful interior, workable kitchen and ultimately had everything we needed. Cooked on 3 of our 5 night stay, and had no qualms, with all cooking equipment provided. Bathroom was also great, having laundry appliances saved us from packing mountains of clothing. Absolutely loved our stay, 1 minute walk to chapel street and the little Greville st precinct was very indie and welcoming. Most outstanding feature would be the bed, absolutely unreal and we have since contacted the host asking where they get the linen. Hot tips for coffee would be St Edmonds, or Journeyman. Will return and would recommend.
