After the declaration of COVID-19 as a global pandemic by the World Health Organisation, COVID-19 and its consequences are no longer unforeseen or unexpected therefore transportation disruptions, border closures, health advisories and quarantines and other government mandates such as evacuation orders, prohibitions on short term rentals, shelter in place requirements and any other COVID-19 or other pandemic related travel disruptions fall under regular cancellation policy.
