The moment you enter this lovely unit, the calm will wash over you. Decorated with a collection of eclectic Buddha and Indian art, this 2 bedroom unit will be your peaceful retreat from the fun and bustle of the Big Easy. There is great natural light!

The bedrooms have a memory foam King Bed and twins with super fine high thread count sheets. A sofa bed complements modern amenities including full kitchen with gas stove, microwave and toaster over.

The living room is comfortable enough for relaxing or eating with a couple of friends. There is cable TV and WiFi.

This is Zen 3, 2BR/1BA, one of two lower units of 4 in this corner property. Zen 1, 2 & 4 are 1 bedroom/1 baths. The upper units - Zen 1&2 have a pass thru door between them, so you can rent both for a spacious 2 bedroom/ 2 bath experience.
If you have a group of 10+, you can rent all four and be under 1 roof and with privacy!

The neighborhood is nice and quiet. You are a short walk to coffee shops and Magazine St retail boutiques. Whole Foods is a few minutes away as well as a local grocery, Winn Dixie.

Public transit is 1 block away.

There is a large NEWLY REDONE back yard with OFF STREET PARKING, patio furniture and BBQ. Also there are porches front and back.

This apartment is unique in its decor. You will feel at home with beautiful art beside modern conveniences. The location can't be beat.

Great Location off Magazine

Nice 2 BR off Magazine, Clean and functional. Location is truly fantastic for Magazine St attractions. Walking distance to Winn Dixie. Smaller living area and kitchen is fully functional. Large bathroom with separate shower/toilet area; great for two people getting ready at the same time. Both BRs have plenty of space. Owner is very friendly and communicative, very easy to work with.

Great little spot in NOLA!

We loved our stay here, the neighborhood was quiet and there are some places walking distance to visit (others are still under repair from Ida). Gary was available and very communicative. Thank you for making our getaway enjoyable!

This building was falling down after 'The Storm,' as we call it. When the chance came up to buy it from an out of town investor who was unable to recover from storm damages, we jumped at it.

The moment the neighbors saw that we were fining the place up and getting good people living there, they were really happy to see the neighborhood improving, one property at a time.
