Parkview Leeming is self-contained consisting of 4 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. It can easily accommodate 10 guests and children comfortably.

The open plan fully equipped kitchen/dining/living area provides a huge space for you and family to relax and unwind.

The large patio outdoor area is equipped with a BBQ and dining facility. The immaculate kept gardens and palm trees surround the sparkling swimming pool with sun lounges. All these facilities are available for you to extend your living and take advantage of the lovely days and nights for meal outdoors.

The house is located across the wildlife park and children play ground. Enjoy your early morning or evening run and exercise at the park.

There is one lock up garage that with a remote control secure parking for 2 vehicles and ample of parking spaces available outside.

The house is within walking distance or 2 minutes drive to the Southlands and Bull Creek shopping centres where you will find Woolworth, Coles, Big W, Target, Banks, Post office, cafes, restaurants, shops and fast food outlets.

The property is centrally located within Perth suburbs and has easy Freeway access to the city. The bus stop to and from Murdoch station and Perth city is just right in front of the house. A quick bus journey to Murdoch train station only take you few minutes which is 3 stations from Perth City.

Murdoch University - 5 minutes drive.

Fiona Stanley Hospital - 5 minutes drive.

Garden City Shopping Centre - 15 minutes drive.

Perth City - 15 minutes drive.

Excellent property with plenty of space for for 6 people & comfortable with the pool & air conditioning. Property clean & tidy, owner was good to deal with, I'd be happy to stay there again.

Great property

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The property is close to the city, Garden City Shopping centre, beeches and Fremantle. It was extremely clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the pool very much, it was well maintained. The owner was very friendly and accommodating, he dropped a spare set of keys around at a moments notice! There is a bit of road noise from one side of the property but this did not bother us in the slightest. The special Christmas touches were greatly appreciated. Thank you Terence for a lovely stay, we would definitely stay here again next visit.
