This sensational 2 bedroom 2 bathroom, fully furnished, pet friendly apartment has views that appeal both day and night. Look out over rooftops to the bay and spot the Tasmanian Ferry during the day, or enjoy the magnificient lights of Melbourne City at night.

It is ideally located 1 block from Beach Road and 1 block from Bay Road where you will find shops, cafes, restaurants and bars. The CBD is only 12 or so minutes away when you travel in by light rail.

You will find 2 bedrooms with comfortable beds (1 x King bed + 1 x King or 2 single beds) and 2 bathrooms, both with a shower. The living area is surrounded by windows which allow plenty of light in, and of course allow you to enjoy the view.

The kitchen is fully equipped if you choose to cook, or you could use the BBQ provided on the balcony, or choose to stroll to a local restaurant.

The property has ducted heating and cooling in the living area which services the whole property. There is 1 car park included as well as complimentary wireless broadband internet and free local phone calls
