Gladstone Cottage, a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom, pet friendly terraced home, is perfectly situated in the highly sought after location of South Melbourne.

This quaint cottage maintains the original character of the period design and features eclectic furnishings throughout, a feature brick wall in the lounge/dining area, a private leafy courtyard and a unique light well resembling an outdoor skylight adjacent to the living/dining area.

You will find a functional kitchen with island bench and modern appliances overlooking the living/dining area with a flat screen TV (with Foxtel) and a small bathroom with shower and separate half-size bath. There’s also a secure courtyard with a BBQ and seating.

If you are looking for a good morning coffee, you need only to step out the front door and walk across the road where you will find a quant café.

Also included is a parking permit for one car (street parking)
