Non return of keys & remotes will incur the loss of bond.

Missing items & linen will be charged.

No smoking inside, no pets. Parties or functions are strictly prohibited. Breach of this condition will result in immediate termination & eviction without refund of security deposit & or extra charges for cleaning, wear & tear added to your credit card

No additional overnight guests without notifying owner- additional guests will be charged.

Terms & Conditions

A deposit of half the total booking amount is required to confirm booking.

Balance of booking is required 14 days before check in.
