About the property

Our house is a relaxed beach house on a very quiet street. The neighbourhood is fantastic, and they are also quiet. There is a big oval and children's play area less than 250 m away. Our backyard is north east facing, with comfortable old leather couches and pine dining setting under the patio. We have a number of bikes if you choose to use them and visit neighbouring suburbs. You will have full access to our house, including a car spot in the lock up internal access garage. Where possible, we would love to help you settle in, and give you the heads up of some great places to visit. It is a three bedroom house, all bedrooms are of a good size with either built in robes for walk-in robe.

Location location location!

Our house is on a very quiet street, yet very close to all the good things of Mooloolaba. On top of garage parking, you will have on the road parking. However, I'm busy times such as Christmas and New Year's Eve, there may be cars parked on the road outside our house as it is very close to the beach. Other than that, very little traffic. We are on a very small hill, facing the ocean. As a result, we get a lovely seabreeze and can often hear the waves crashing on from our house.
