HYDRAE VILLAS in SYDNEY are two brand new and very spacious, ultra modern houses, with an ideal layout to suit any family type or corporate booking.

Hydrae Villas are located in popular suburb of Revesby which is easy drive into Sydney CBD and 10-15 minutes from Sydney Airport.

Villas are located right next door to each other making this an ideal accommodation solution for larger groups or families travelling together.

Easy walks to local shops, quick access to M5 Motorway, the City and beaches.

The main property features include:

- Villa 1 offers five (5) spacious bedrooms with built in wardrobes which will comfortably sleep 14 people.

(with the use of pull out sofa beds in the lounge room)

- Villa 2 offers four (4) additional bedrooms

- Guest House in the back of the property is fully self contained accommodation in itself and offers two additional bedrooms and can sleep comfortably 6 guests.

Spacious open plan living/dining areas with large screen TV, DVD player, & iPod docking system, secure one car garages with internal access, covered outdoor entertainment area with grassed backyard, large sun drenched balconies, solid timber flooring upstairs, top quality tiles throughout ground floor, three ultra modern and spacious bathrooms with large showers.

The house is very nicely laid out, making it well suited for couples, families and business stays.

We are also children friendly and provide a portable cot and high chair at no additional charge.

The spacious master bedroom with extra large Queen bed includes an ensuite with separate shower/toilet and access to a large undercover balcony.

The main bathroom has a separate shower, bath tub & toilet and an additional separate toilet with basin.

The large modern kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, grill, microwave, large fridge, modern dishwasher and modern cooking appliances, including rice cooker, sandwich press and a blender. All plates, cutlery, crockery and glasses are provided.

Cook your meals 3 times a day and entertain as if you were in your own home. Save time and money on dining out or paying high prices charged normally in hotels and restaurants.

The large fully equipped laundry includes modern washing machine and dryer, iron and an ironing board.

Includes Free Linen & Towels for all guests.

Security and privacy is offered with a one car garage, additional car space in the driveway and off street parking in a quiet family friendly neighbourhood.

Secured parking, alarm, Air Conditioning/Heating.

The STANDARD rate advertised is based on a maximum of 4 people over a period of 7 days or more during off peak or non special event dates. Enquiries for accommodation less than 7 days or that fall during peak season or special events will be quoted based on availability & the number of guests requested.

The property is for accommodation purposes only, no functions, gatherings or events are to be held at anytime. The number of people at the property cannot exceed maximum capacity advertised. If you have questions regarding this, please confirm with Serviced Houses prior to booking.

A pre-authorised PROPERTY BOND of $750AUD is required on the day of check in. As there is no Management on site, Credit card details must be supplied for this purpose when requested. Provided there no additional charges/fees have been incurred, the bond is released by your bank within five (5) business days following your stay. Deductions may be made for the repair or replacement of damaged, lost or stolen property; excessive cleaning fees and lost keys.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival will forfeit the total monies paid.

Cancellation made 30 or more days prior to arrival will incur a minimum of 1 nights' accommodation/cancellation fee to cover loss of booking income and administration.

Special Events or Peak Season bookings - Cancellation made less than 90 days prior to arrival will forfeit the total monies paid. Any cancellations made after 1 week of booking will incur a minimum of 1 nights' accommodation-cancellation fee to cover loss of booking income and administration.
