Excellent home in the heart of Adelaide

If your looking a well maintained home away from home with a central location, this is the one for you. We stayed for 6 nights as a group of 4 and all agreed that it was the perfect setup for us, much better than staying in a hotel room. The open planned living area was great for unwinding or having a quite bbq at home, after a day out exploring Adelaide. The weather was extremely hot in the 40's for 3 days, but the air conditioning kept us nice and cool. The access to garage via the back lane with remote roller door is great and being located in such a lovely, quite neighborhood on the fringe of the city, I highly recommend this home.

Convenient location and plenty of room

This property had plenty of room for our family of 6 and any guests that came over for a visit. The garage parking was great and the yard was a nice plus. There were a couple of maintenance issues - some of which were resolved, some weren't. The internet was limited - we were told we could only use it to check emails which was a surprise coming from a rental in Melbourne where it was fast and unrestricted.

Owner's Response: Thank you for taking the time to review our property Danielle and I am delighted that overall you enjoyed our property. All maintenance issues were attended to, however, the leak in the lounge area couldn't be traced by our plumber as it has stopped and therefore we felt was no longer an issue. With regards to the internet, we do provide internet however we do request that guests are mindful of their usage as in the past we have been left with exorbitant charges due to some guest doing very heavy downloads.
