THE APARTMENT

This small one bedroom apartment has been renovated 18months ago and can easily sleep 3 or 4 if you wish to share a double bed. Perfect for family with younger ones.The lounge room is essentially a 2nd bedroom with sofa bed out...so the TV/Foxtel is in the main bedroom.

Nice timber floors and carpeted bedrooms. It is quite light and you get nice breezes.

The kitchen is modern and has quality cooking facilities plus dishwasher and fridge/freezer. Plenty of pantry storage and all the equipment needed to prepare and serve a meal - great for those on an extended stay.

Reverse cycle aircon/heater for your comfort but also ceiling fans that operate via remote control.

The shower/toilet room is modern and gives a nice strong shower...

Your own small private balcony is available to enjoy the summer sun and breeze or the milder winter days.

PETS

Subject to approval

Your small pet is available to stay in the unit but you would need to take your beloved friend for walkies as there is no garden area. Just step out the front door and you will find grassed areas but please make sure you clean up any mess.

Free undercover car park available or off street parking. Bus stop to the city is outside the apartment complex.

35 Windsor Road Red Hill or Kelvin Grove (depends what map)

Few mins drive to the CBD or a 30min walk

You also are 5 mins walk from a general store, chemist and bottle shop plus a number of yummy cafes and restaurants.

Close to Suncorp Stadium for sporting/concert events

Great position to be near QUT - Kelvin Grove campus or the school catchment of Kelvin Grove State College.

Accessible to all major hospitals including the RBH, Mater, RCH and Wesley

GETTING AROUND

Perfect position to get to the city - Bus stop at the front door that regularly runs into the city.

Easy parking in our single garage or ample free street parking.

Quick uber service to all central points of interest.

Or a lush green walk amongst rolling hills. Good for the heart and the spirit.

Plenty to love about this area. It is really a very charming neighbourhood with a combination of cute cottages, beautifully restored Queenslanders and modern architecturally designed feature homes. Kelvin Grove/Paddo is known for its meandering main street, Latrobe Tce filled with interesting shops, and stylish fashion plus it is the centre of eco and green living in Brisbane. You can access Latrobe Terrace via Enoggera Terrace just a very pretty 10min walk away. You also are 5 mins walk from a general store, chemist and bottle shop plus a number of yummy cafes and restaurants. Close to Suncorp Stadium for sporting/concert events Southbank Performing Arts Complex / Museum / Art Gallery The Barracks shopping complex has quite a few restaurant options and a cinema this is very close less than $10 in an Uber. HOUSE RULES

Please have a great time. We are not prudes however just be gentle with others in the complex and street and not party late or loud. A great atmosphere to continue those late night drinks and talks is just a few minutes away. Please do a general kitchen tidy up and pop the dishwasher on before you go please.
